This is a pivotal moment in more than one way.
The NEW MEDIA is taking over.
The first use of "generational shift" that I heard was Mickelson in IA yesterday. He is correct. This is a generational shift, from the old way of getting information to the new way of getting information.
To restore freedom and liberty, the old media has to be left behind because of their (now revealed and well documented) habit of distorting the truth to fit an agenda.
The shift from old media to new media is changing that. And because truth is now available without old media distortions, this freedom movement has caught on fire.
A Pew research study after I think 2004 showed that 50% of voters used sources other than mainstream media to get their info on candidates (comedy shows and internet, about 25% for each). Even back in 2004, only about 50% got their candidate info from the old media.
Think how many of our supporters are YOUNG and this will be their FIRST election.
Times have changed, a lot, since 2004.
We have such a great shot at winning this thing it actually makes me dizzy sometimes.
Or maybe I'm having a mini stroke.
