It depends who you ask, and how you look at it. Some say yes, some say no. I would have to see the full line to understand its usage though.

Ron is calling Israel an apartheid state. He does not state that the liberal party claims apartheid, or qualify apartheid with "supposed". He describes that the liberal party raises questions about the apartheid conditions the Palestinians are subjected to.

Arguing otherwise is false. If you're going to defend Ron, defend Ron; sometimes this means defending positions that may not sound pleasant to others.

There were 2 notes about this. I specifically remember putting this one in media spin originally (because I got in trouble once and learned the hard way that the general statements are tweeted. Maybe it was the other post that was in general.

Actually, my understanding is that only the ones in Grassroots Central are tweeted. But, you're right that we should be careful about what we name the threads, so that just scanning over thread titles doesn't give the wrong impression.

Ron Paul is a strong supporter of Israel. He respects their national sovereignty and wants their chains removed so that they can defend their own country in the way they think best. Rather than having to ask our permission before doing so.
