Dick Zimmer spent 300,000 dollars of his own money on this election. All for the honor of losing by around 15 points to Frank Lautenberg this November.

If we can get just one new Constitutionalist in DC each election season (and we all know how easy it is to get an incumbent reelected after the first initial challenge), consider our movement a grand success.

Keep in mind that New Jersey politics is as Byzantine as it gets anywhere in America. NJ is the most well-preserved relic of the old days when politics were literally decided in a smoke filled back room by big party bosses. It is TOUGH to break through in NJ, but Murray has definitely started a brush fire in the minds of New Jersians.
