His plan is to step in if this nonsense of Trump being disqualified actually comes to pass, by convention coup. No reason to suspend an educational campaign. Not dropping out can be a good way to attention whore.

Besides, it monkey fucks the Haley Gambit. Maybe it makes whatever they're doing easier. Maybe it makes it dangerous. Maybe he sees an opportunity in their obvious game to divide the GOP.

I had the unfortunate experience of sitting in a room for most of the day today with Fox News on TV and about 1/2 to 1/3 of the time they were showing Vivek. I was amazed he was getting this amount of coverage.

GOV CHRISTIE had a gravitas, a seriousness about him. An honest politician in a state known for its political machines.
VIVEK was/is glib and trumpster clever. I think he wants to be more SPIRO AGNEW than the late Spiro Agnew ever was...
 
VIVEK + CHRIS are now a political past tense.
NIKKI + RON are actually somewhat more boring.
 
If you look at the RCP average it's Trump 43, Haley 29, Christie 11, DeSantis 6, Ramaswamy 5. You have to figure the Christie vote is going to Haley and the Ramaswamy vote goes to Trump.

So that would work out to something like Trump 48, Haley 40, DeSantis 6

NH is not going to be a strong state for DeSantis, but I think it could go either Trump or Haley. I don't see any more dropouts after, it would be foolish for either to quit now with Trump's legal status up in the air.
