I hate this bathroom stuff and wish it could be socially acceptable to use whatever bathroom you want, but people and children are being harmed and women are asking for protection and a safe space for women only. The reasons for separate bathrooms have been clear for thousands of years. I don't think the do nothing libertarian approach is the right thing. The loony toons crazy people saying men can become women forced this into the political realm.
It is the divide and conquer, break down society Marxists that have made this an issue. And the visibility has allowed a whole lot of deranged transvestites to demand the attention that they crave as part of their fetish. They have attempted to piggy back upon gays and lesbians, thus the never ending acronym 2SLGBTQIA++. The deranged ones want to say "see here gays and lesbians, if they don't endorse and indulge our every fantasy and desire, then they hate you too!"
I have a more scientific take on what exists. If something existed 2000, 1000, or 100 years ago, then it isn't part of some new political tactic.
What has always existed?
- Straight.
- Gay/lesbian.
- Cross dressing for entertainment or fetish (Transvestites). Within this group are the current trouble makers.
- And then there is the rarest, true transsexuals. These would be people whose
physical appearance and mental temperament made them more like the opposite sex than their biological sex. These would be people who could "pass", long before hormones or plastic surgery. And for the most part, their secret would remain unknown. There would be no outrage based upon which bathroom they used because no one would know their true biological sex.
That is just an assessment of the reality, not a judgement.
