Australian Woman Left Disabled Following Attack By Trans Activist

A woman in Melbourne, Australia was hospitalized and left with horrific injuries following a brutal attack from a trans activist over what she speculates was retaliation for her gender critical views.

On September 24, 2022, Ruby* and her partner were attending the Punks Pub Crawl, an annual barhopping event for those in the punk rock scene which has been held in Melbourne since 1982. Ruby, a bass guitarist in a local band, had been attending the crawl since she was a teenager. Though she was excited to return to her tradition following the loosening of COVID-19 restrictions, Ruby’s evening turned into a nightmare.

“I had only just arrived with my partner sometime around 3 p.m. There were about 70 people or so attending the crawl. The whole group of us stopped at Carlton Gardens for a group photo,” Ruby recounts, explaining that immediately after the photo was taken she would have an incident that has since left her with a debilitating injury.

“I was walking away, talking to a friend when I noticed one male walking beside the group but in the opposite direction to the rest of us,” Ruby says. “As he passed me he shoulder-barged me hard, and I stopped to address him.”

Ruby describes her attacker as “male, but not obviously ‘trans.’” As she was with a group of individuals belonging to the punk rock community, she didn’t immediately believe he was attempting to present as the opposite sex, and simply thought he was donning classic punk attire.

“He just looked like a metal head with lipstick on, and I had never seen him before in my life,” she says. According to a police report Ruby provided Reduxx, the individual is described as approximately 5’7, with long dark hair. He had been wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Startled by the body check, Ruby confronted the male.

“I said something very close to, ‘Is there a problem here? Do you and I need to have a conversation?’ He started denying and gaslighting. He claimed it was an accident and one of his friends backed him up. It was clearly no accident so I replied, ‘No, he just shoulder-barged me as hard as he could.’”

Ruby says the onlookers immediately seemed to take issue with the pronoun she had used for the man.

“I heard a few murmurs of ‘He?’ Like people were offended at my choice of pronoun,” she says. “I stood facing him for another [few seconds] waiting to see if he was going to kick off, but he seemed to have nothing to say so I turned and walked away.”

But just as she did, Ruby says she was suddenly attacked from behind, with the man pushing her onto the concrete with tremendous force.

“I was wearing a heavy studded leather jacket so I went down hard and fast. I put my left arm out to break the fall with anything other than my head and the impact reverberated all up my arm, shattering my shoulder and breaking my arm at the joint.”

A source who viewed the interior vehicle video recording of the brutal murder of a taxi driver in Portland by a trans suspect is providing exclusive details to The Post Millennial.

Moses Jacob Lopez, 30, has been charged with second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon over the stabbing murder of a Radio Cab driver on Easter Sunday in southeast Portland. Six days before the murder, Lopez was arrested and charged with felonies for allegedly threatening a BiMart shopper with a knife in another Oregon county. Lopez was quickly released without bail before making her HIS way to Portland from Coos Bay, Ore.

According to the source, the video captured Lopez entering the car while wearing a tiara and women’s clothing. She HE gives an address to the driver and several minutes into the ride, Lopez suddenly plunged a blade deep into the neck of the unsuspecting driver.

“[It was the] most disturbing and gruesome video I have seen,” says the source. The source says Lopez used her HIS left hand to hold the driver’s head as the blade was stabbed in his throat. Blood spilled everywhere and the suspect left the vehicle, the source says.

On Wednesday evening, police named the deceased victim as 43-year-old Reese McDowell Lawhon. A spokesman for Radio Cab told local media their driver had recently found his biological parents and was hoping to meet them for the first time.

At Lopez’s arraignment on Monday, she HE pleaded not guilty to both charges. She HE wore her HIS hair in a bun and still had eye makeup visible.

Portland Police originally delayed releasing the suspect’s name by a day even though Lopez was already in custody. The police would not confirm to TPM if Lopez is transgender. After multiple inquiries to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, the office confirmed on Wednesday that Lopez identified herself HIMSELF as a transgender woman while in jail.

The Sheriff’s Office sent TPM a statement: “Lopez reported during the booking process that they identify as a transgender female. Per our policy, an adult in custody (AIC) who identifies as transgender shall be housed in a sheltered housing unit for up to 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, while the Transgender Review Board assesses appropriate housing options that address safety, risk for abuse and minimizing perceived or actual fear of becoming a victim of violence.”

While police have not released any information about a possible motive, the Easter Sunday stabbing murder happened in the context of a surge of trans activists encouraging violence and making threats on social media as revenge for several states restricting the medical transitioning of minors.

Lopez’s social media posts suggest she began transitioning around 2019. In a 2015 Facebook post, she wrote: “At times I wish I was a woman rather then [sic] a feminen [sic] gay man just so I could deck a basic bitch in the face…so annoying.” Lopez’s posts often featured symbols and slogans of LGBTQ+ activism.

Lopez worked as a certified nursing assistant for around a decade but Oregon state nursing records show she HE was fired from an unnamed medical facility in June 2021.

“Information gathered in the [Oregon State Board of Nursing]’s investigation show that from 2019 through 2021, CNA engaged in abusive and threatening behavior towards co-workers,” reads the probation order from February 2022.

Lopez appears to have had addresses in both Portland and Coos Bay. Her HIS next court date is scheduled for April 18 and she HE remains in custody.

Judge Peter Tober declined to delve into the full details of the case, but noted to the court that she had been subjected to torture-like conditions, mentioning neck collars, a cage in the basement, and sex toys.

After their sentencing in May of 2022, Reduxx learned that Romero had immediately been sent to the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women, but that Volz had initially been placed in the South Woods State Prison for men. Just two months later, Volz was quietly transferred to Edna Mahan but was still recorded as a “male” inmate.​
