[Video] Ron Paul hosts CNBC's Squawk Box - Monday April 23, 2012

in the third part, i dont understand why the smug lady brought up the victory tax etc, which were put at the START of the WW 2, while Dr.Paul was talking about the taxes that were cut AFTER the war ended ? was she trying to put in some confusion in the discussion or was she just ignorant ?

Dino Kos said no one can predict the future ? I think Dr.Paul pretty much did that in his 2003 house speech - specially about the housing bubble. I will send him that video.

Lets have a break right at when Dr.Paul is getting to the point of keeping interest rates low !

those other hosts have not seen his prediction videos ? they doubt when he says the dollar is going down and wont be the reserve currency ? they should read up a little before its too late. i wonder if they really do some research or they are just spoon fed the points they have to talk about ?

part 5:
great great analogy with how getting off a drug is initially bad !!
that dumb jock does not know how being in all these places does NOT help our national defense ?
why have a break just when Dr.Paul starts drilling some sense into an argument ?
and again the same old question - will you back Romney ! No he wont, and even if he does, WE wont support Romney.

Vodka is a dangerous drug, I don't think the commentators get that joke.

I didn't think he was joking. I thought he was being a doctor and issuing a word of caution.

Now that I look back, I think you are right, and he sort of baffled us all for a moment.

I wish Dr. Paul would use the chemotherapy analogy more. Only heard him use it one time ever.

I think my favorite part was at the end when he explained getting off the system of fiat we have by allowing competing currencies. Then he stated for those that wanted to keep using the reserve notes they could! I thought that sort of floored most of them.

He drew out the plan for the phasing out like a man that has thought things through.

I'd like to hear him explain this more often. It pretty much leaves the defenders of central bank fiat standing there with their fiat out.

One of the most honest economic discussions I've ever seen on television. Dr. Paul was absolutely fantastic. Clear, concise, and easily understandable. He made the rest of them look woefully uninformed.

A+ interview, thanks for posting.

I do wish he would better make the point that the Fed is theft, though. The technical stuff is great, but I think he needs to better drive the moral side of that argument as well.
