Christie went ape-shit on House Republicans over denying the Senate relief bill which contained a massive (re: $60BILLION) amount of PORK.
See comment above. Politically, Rand is smart to hit Christie on Sandy because it reminds conservative/primary voters about the thing they hate most about Christie. But I was surprised that he didn't use his time with Hannity to clarify his remarks because - as
today's HuffPost spin made clear - without clarity, his words can be spun to make him seem "cruel", "hypocritical" and/or 'unsympathetic to the victims of Sandy', etc.. by leftist demagogues (and Christie, who will no doubt use the same spin in his response to Rand's comments tomorrow).
Rand staff should have no trouble coming up with a couple of talking points given the amount of ink spilled lambasting Christie for attacking the House GOP:
