There is a time and place for that. Moments after Senate floor speech in front of a national TV audience would have been a bad choice.

No. It is not a cult. I just expected better from you. Don't you realize how intense it would be to make a speech on the Senate floor? Add to that the whole world is watching. Add to that 1/2 the world already believes you are wrong and out to get them because they have been told by people like Rachel Maddow that you are a racist who hates workers.

If that is what you call weak. I can't wait until you become a Senator. But I'm not holding my breath.

The reporter is an absolute :collins:hole.

There's no way of explaining the logic of the issues involved to him. He is stuck deep in his own 'talking points' and leftist bias. The only way to explain it to him is turn off the camera... have him adjourn with you to the alley... then use Texas Logic to 'explain' the salient points.

It won't convince him... but he'll be more polite to SENATOR Rand Paul in the future... and it would make the 'explainer' feel better.

CNN is a biased bunch of lefty shits... but even with their bias this jerk should be fired. Any genuine journalistic organization would at least call him on the carpet... and have him apologize.

I have a very hard time watching anything on CNN. Some of it is just blatant leftist crap. This guy was just out to make rand look like he was talking 'above' the people and not 'answering' their questions with simple yes or no answers. Yea ussually depends on who posted the video, mox news posted this so they are usually Paul positive, I'm sure if a liberal or neo connish page posted the same video would get a much different response, from what I've noticed

MOXNEWS crowd is very positive on Ron Paul, but not so much on Rand, there is a fair amount of Rand haters there.

Rand could have spoke in a whisper and answered in yes or no and I have no doubt this media goon would have responded 'stop yelling and answer my questions directly.' I can't believe any respectable news outlet would permit this to happen even to someone they don't necessarily agree with. I think this reflects well as to the progress the liberty movement has made and the threat those in the liberal corner are feeling right now!

The best part of this is seeing the right wingers rally behind Rand on this. Newsbusters and Glenn Beck both blasted the interviewer for this. Mediaite also wrote about it, but I'm not sure if they're right or left.
