US goes to war with Iran

I cannot express how perfectly the beef between Macron and Trump reveals the truth about what's happening.

The only one that comes close is that now, he's blasting Tulsi Gabbard. Be aware that the ONLY REASON Trump appointed
both Gabbard and Kennedy were "deals" because they helped him win the election. Otherwise, neither would ever be in government today.
Tulsi might not be there for long now.

In March, Tulsi Gabbard — Director of National Intelligence — testified that Iran wasn’t building a nuclear weapon.

Today, Trump replied: “I don’t care what she said. I think they were very close to having one.”

So now the U.S. administration is openly contradicting its own intelligence community. Just another reminder that the very “deep state” Trump once promised to dismantle is alive, well, and likely stronger than ever.

Honestly, this is just the same thing as "babies will grow up and be terrorists, so they must die" argument, just at the nation-state level.

The Emprie's cassus belli, is whatever it imagines to be true.

White House retweets highly worrying message from Mike Huckabee

which says Trump hears directly from God and that suggests he will make Truman-1945 decision
to use nuclear bombs against Iran.

Take the pledge today!

"I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the master race of Israel. And to the democracy, for which it stands, one nation, blessed by God, LGBTQ friendly, with liberty and justice for the chosen few."

Trump suggests we've already entered the war

"We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran. Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn't compare to American made, conceived and manufactured "stuff". Nobody does it better than the good ol' USA"

I've learned to wait and see with Trump. What he says online is often not the actual policy. He has a big mouth. When US forces are directly involved then I will worry. So far it seems like typical Trump brinkmanship.

Yea, we'll just have to see what happens. With Trump, it could always go either way. Which I guess is the point

Yeah, we're getting deep in the clown show now.

Not sure how you enemy can be enemy, and said enemy can "unconditionally surrender" if we're not at war.

This guy is following the Xerxes model of "peace plan" I guess. For he is a merciful Dotard.

Trump is a dead leaf blowing in the wind.

That's why things always seem they could "go either way". Because he lies to make it look like he has power. Obama was a good liar. Trump, Biden, George W.....not so much.

Take Ukraine for example.

I was initially critical when he made that mineral deal with Ukraine, but as of yet, there's still been no military aid delivered as part of it.

It's possible it might even stay that way (great!). But we'll see

Trump calls for Iran to unconditionally surrender immediately or he will kill the Ayatollah.

I hate the rhetoric he is using and he may be serious about his threats, but I cannot stress this enough. If you haven't learned in the 10 years of Trump, then you never will. Wait to see what he does, not what he says. If he joins in an attack on Iran, then he deserves every negative political fallout he will get.

It is a declaration of war. He says we are at war when we command the skies and took out their defenses, and he says they must surrender unconditionally or he will assassinate their leader. This is war. The U.S. is at war right now.

Again, we have to wait to see what he does not what he says. If he acts upon that, then I will justly condemn him.

He said we already did it. That WE eliminated their defenses and WE command their skies and WE demand their surrender.

This is the President making a public statement. It is war. We probably already attacked them kinetically, according to his own words.

He is the POTUS. This IS war, my friend.
