Wow, he didn't like the question about the twitter account and intel stuff. (who asked the question? She was good)

Representing RPF ... asked the question about the judge earlier, to which Richard replied he couldn't have found a better judge in the country and we are very lucky in that respect.

I bet I know... but I'll let her fess up. I'm not listening, what was his reaction?

He didn't want to talk about it. She pressed him, he seemed put off, she said he should not be defensive, he said he isn't but that just intel is intel and you talk about intel things and it's not relevant to the case, he said those tweets were for his followers and not relevant to the case.

Although if intel doesn't talk about intel things, then I suppose he shouldn't have blasted it out on twitter.

My impression of this guy so far is that he's either a "blow hard" but very well educated one that gets away with it, OR he knows stuff most people never get exposed to (not even AJ) during his past and possibly current connections in intel/forces/etc and that makes him look crazy.

SO, let me tell you about a guy I knew (unfortunately he off'ed himself) that had worked for the government mostly under personal contracts (he invented the motion detector, originally for the Lawrence Livermore Labratory security booths, now their used on lights). Anyway, he knew stuff that he could not talk about and it drove him crazy, we would spend hours on the phone talking about where the world was headed and the like. He used to warn me about the things I was involved in and tried to make public without being too obvious. People who know stuff can't be like everyone else.

Some of this other crap he is saying is just irresponsible. He claims that Benton is on Romney's payroll. Where is that proof, because I would like to see it? I am serious here. If there is proof of that, show it to us all. Now, he just slammed Rand Paul, saying he hoped he was a better doctor than he was a politician. Well, Richard, it seems to me that he's doing pretty damned good.

Then for him to act so defensive about being asked about what he himself put out on his own twitter, is just really strange.

Wish you guys would focus on the bigger picture here...sigh.

I'm still trying to figure out if this guy is for real.

He keeps claiming that Dr. Paul would not denounce the lawsuit, when as I recall, he said on that CNN interview that IF we asked him, he would tell us not to do it. But, no, Dr. Paul does not have a penchant of telling us what to do. That's true.

And I do think it is germane to know his credentials, so to speak, and I think it's more than strange for him to behave the way he did when being asked about what he posted on his twitter account.

Personally, I'm all for doing this. At least for the time being. But, I certainly have some concerns.

Like he said, anyone else got any other plans? Nope. No mathematical way to win without this so I don't really understand all the hesitation. Might as well just close up shop otherwise.

The reason Benton doesn't want this to go forward is the same reason Wead probably in truth does not want it to go forward either ... they are looking forward to getting Rand elected. It is all about Rand Paul for them ... it's pretty darn obvious.

Yeah, I have no doubt. :(

I understand, who they are will tell a lot about why. I'm aprehensive about this. It sounds good and I hope it is, I really do.
But things have really been wierd during this campaign. The letters at the wrong time, etc....
Now, trust this guy, but not Benton who Ron Paul hand picked, etc... wow, wha?

Because I suppose that some don't want to throw out the baby with the bathwater. Richard is approaching this as a do or die. Like the liberty movement ends with this convention. Some of us do not believe that and are a bit concerned about a nutjob wrecking the progress we have made thus far.

That said, if he isn't a nutjob, I'm all for this and will just hope for the best.
