This sounds serious:
Washington Times is apparently causing trouble for Drew Johnson tweeting what he did about the Cruz
scandal from the National Enquirer:

Interesting to learn I wasn't a Washington Times columnist, since I've received money in exchange for writing columns for quite a while.

To all who point out the Internet is forever, we get it. Hence Drew was able to perpetuate his employment when it ended long ago.

Drew Johnson parted from @WashTimes over a year ago. We take umbrage with him linking to an old bio page claiming to represent us.
---
They removed the search link to his name so his articles pop up automatically - which I just used a day ago, and bio apparently, but you can still manually search for them.
ie washingtontimes.com/staff/drew-johnson was removed.
The newest articles I found were dated in the last weeks, and there were so many of them, I'm not sure what his newest was:

So it isn't true Drew hasn't written articles for them in over a year!??!
Ok, scrolling down further, I see some earlier statements from Washington Times, which they seem to later feel the need to explain why he has a bio (above, I'm scrolling backwards in time):

Drew Johnson Drews_Views is NOT a columnist @WashTimes. (1/3)
He is a former employee who occasionally wrote for our "citizen-journalist" portal known as Communities. (2/3)
That relationship has ended as of today. (3/3)
Drew Johnson's Drews_Views personal views do not reflect those of the @WashTimes.

I'm not sure why the Washington Times cares that Drew tweeted a personal message on his own private twitter
if it really is his own opinion. He never represented it as anything but his own. Everyone knew he wrote articles in the Washington
Times, but his twitter page wasn't an official twitter page, nor did I think so looking at it.

COMING CLEAN: From what I know, at least 2 of the women named as Cruz mistresses by the National Enquirer are accurate
