TUBE : Ron Paul on CNN w/ Brooke Baldwin 12/7/11

wow this propagandist does her best to down play Ron Paul and fringe.

CNN just did a segment on Perry for like an hour. Whatever great media attention you guys are talking about, I'm not seeing it.

He's doing a much better job of handling these hit interviews. At the risk of pissing people on here off, he doesn't sound kooky or wacky anymore. He sounds mainstream.

Well she can be quite a [ Edit  ] with those questions, but it really evoked some very strong retorts from Ron, bravo!

I love the way she gets flustered and anxious and her speech gets fast and herky-jerky a couple minutes in. But Ron just stays calm and cogent.

I thought Ron dominated that. The last 3 or so minutes will really hit home with the viewers, regardless of the marginalizing she tried to do.

They sure did and Wolf ripped Perry apart. Rick Perry did absolutely terrible in that interview. Perry's camp probably wished he didn't get that much airtime! There are a lot of negative clips that could be pulled out of his interview. Some evangelicals would agree with him, but a large portion of the Republican party would even consider what he said as extreme and against conventional wisdom.

I'd take 7 minutes of Ron Paul responding well to tough questioning than 20 minutes of Rick Perry sounding like an idiot any day of the week!

(Not meaning to be disrespectful to your comment, because I do see your point though)

I thought his responses were pretty solid to all of her questions; solid enough that she would just move on to the next question without a remark. Also, final words were strong.

In the past, i believe if atv show gave airtime, to one candidate,
were obliged to give all other candidates equal time.
(and it used to be followed)

Since when have the media been able to show favor, so blaintenty?
After all the "airwaves" belong to the ppl, and are liscensed to the networks, thru the FCC.

It was bad in 2008, but it's much worse now.

If they are allowed to get away with this, America will be forever changed.
Where do we begin?
I say with Ron Paul ... maybe that's why the media are so deathly afraid of him.

Any thoughts?

He got more time, better questions, and more coverage here than he would have at the 'debate'. Well done!!
