Trump Moving to Take Bids on Building the ‘Wall’

Most immigrants are coming from China- not Mexico. We need a wall between here and there.

Not true . . . immigrants from Mexico are from the only nation way over US immigration policy limits . . .
India, China and Phillipines round out the top four but all are a point or so below limits from INS existing immigration standards
(also, exactly what Rand has talked about early last year - we need to enforce what is already on the books).

Other Central America nations are below the limits . . . Guatamala and the Dominican Republic are in the top ten nations of legal immigrants,
and no South American nation was in top ten

Not all immigrants have "lawful permanent resident status". Does not disprove the claim.

Sorta the definition of "immigrants" that the rest of us use probably . . .
and the gap even widened in 2015 between Mexico and (#3 in 2014) China, so not seeing your claimed trend at all

In 2015 (last statistics available)
Mexico up 24,000
India down 13,000
China down 1,500
Phillipines up 3,700

The claim seemed sarcastic and off-the-cuff - maybe funny or ironic IF there was any element of truth.
But people will make bad decisions if given wrong information like that.

Also, the tone of defending the spreading of wrong/bad/misleading info is like the narrative that Mexico has somehow been cheated
in the immigration privilege - yet they have instead abused the law unlike any other nation's immigrants. What should the penalty be ?

It's time that the decades of disaster in Mexican immigration gets addressed and tackled,
instead of swept under the rug by politicians of both parties. Wrong info just promulgates the disaster.
