Trump-Kasich Feud Has GOP Worried About Ohio

He is going after Cruz, he is taking on Kasich, he is taking on neocons, he is going after Hillary, he is attacking Obama, he is giving dark speeches and messing up his campaign, he is working with Putin to create DNC email scandals, he is getting a bounce in polls moving ahead of Hillary ... all at the same time. How does he do that? His numbers should be dropping using media arithmetic.

Donald Trump bounces into the lead
By Jennifer Agiesta, CNN Polling Director

Donald Trump comes out of his convention ahead of Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House, topping her 44% to 39% in a four-way matchup including Gary Johnson (9%) and Jill Stein (3%) and by three points in a two-way head-to-head, 48% to 45%. That latter finding represents a 6-point convention bounce for Trump, which are traditionally measured in two-way matchups.

Okay, waited a few hours. As per the latest polls (which do not reflect the new DNC email scandal):

CNN--- Trump 44%, Clinton 39%

LA Times--- Trump 45%, Clinton 41%

CBS--- Trump 42%, Clinton 41%

Morning Consult--- Trump 44%, Clinton 39%

If this is the bottom for Trump, the sky is the limit.

Convention bump

If he's still leading mid-August, then you'll have a case.

Why do you want to tear people down? When McCain and Romney won I did not support them but I wasn't here 24/7 pushing liberal talking points. That is right liberal not libertarian. You would not n ow libertarian even if it smacked you.

So what is your true motive?

Liberal talking points would be criticizing Trump for something conservative he stands for, like if someone said, "Oh no, Trump wants to lower the minimum wage," or, "Trump wants to cut spending," or "Trump wants to make it easier to buy guns," or, "Trump wants to defund Planned Parenthood." But Trump isn't getting criticized for being conservative, because he isn't.

Because no one here is posting pro-Clinton comments; everyone here already knows she's horrible: no need to beat a dead horse.

Whereas, we have dozens and dozens of pro-Trump comments every day, which need refuting.

Seriously, how dense can these pro-Trump people be?

They all know what you have written here is true.

Why do they keep asking the same question over and over, while simultaneously refuse to acknowledge the provided answer?

He is being criticized for that... They just screaming racism card more than anything else.

he got criticism for those exact issues yesterday at the DNC from Bernie and the talking heads all agreed.

First time a candidate from either party that has gotten a convention "bounce" in sixteen years. In truth, it probably wasn't so much the convention as the news out of Europe, and as we saw today with the storming of a church and beheading of a priest in France, that isn't going away and is going to give Trump boosts all through till November.

But that's nonsense. They're just being political. Trump has never held a single one of those conservative positions. And more importantly, nobody here is using those actual liberal talking points against Trump, like some are accusing us of. Every criticism of Trump I've seen here is for his blatant statism and demagoguery. He's too far left, and his supporters around here actually like that about him.
