I think that Trevor (just like most of us) forgot about the impact this might have on the USA Today ad people...

Please don't fault him - he was only trying to diffuse the controversy over the HQ Email today.

The issue now is that we need to contact him ASAP so it can be removed.

I've made the resolution of making a very large donation on December 16 regardless of what is posted on the tea party site, and I have also made the pledge. I agree that the message should be taken down, but, ultimately it is the tea party webmaster's choice.

Yeah, Trevor is not aware yet. I first went to my PMs and saw a previous PM he sent to me saying "Thank you!!", and I thought he was responding to this note, but that was in response to a note I sent him several days ago.
