I tried to raise some national money on RP Forums to elect Phil Moffett as Kentucky's governor in 2011. We were all broke after electing Rand... with your help! We didn't get any national help with our governor's race. I guess it's too much to ask for help electing our governor, but all we needed was a measly $200,000! I still think that would have been an excellent investment for the national liberty community. We'd have had a liberty governor who stood up to the federal government and was a model for turning around a state teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. That was a huge lost opportunity.
We have a great new opportunity in Thomas Massie. I've been promoting his race as Rand 2.0 since the beginning. I hope you'll invest a few minutes to check out Thomas' amazing story. He's frickin' AWESOME! Candidates do not get any better than this! I think that's why Ron's endorsement of Thomas was the most enthusiastic I've ever seen.
If you like Ron in the House and Rand in the Senate, you'll LOVE Thomas Massie as our new US Representative. He really is way too good for Congress!
I hate to beg, but I'm begging. Please give Thomas whatever you can, even if it's $25. I'm perpetually "liberty poor", and I couldn't wait for the money bomb. I gave Thomas $25 yesterday. My wife just gave $100 and I'll do the same today. I gave $200 to help kick off the campaign.
The first credible poll was just released with Thomas 10 points ahead! The establishment just woke up to the fact that Thomas is winning! They're in full attack mode now with career politician endorsements for the establishment candidate in the #2 position. The smear campaign will be in full force within a week. Get ready for the next version of "Too Kooky For Kentucky". Thomas will need the resources to defend against the smears, just as Rand did.
The election is May 22nd. The time to help is NOW!

I wish I could do more, too. I signed up to phone bank. I'd rather take a bullet for Thomas than phone bank, but it's important so I'll suck it up and do it.
I drove a friend's 14' box truck around Lexington one afternoon with 4X8 Thomas Massie signs on it when the KY-4 counties were playing in the Sweet 16 basketball tournament, which is pretty much a religion in Kentucky.
We do what we can.
Let it not be said that we did nothing.
