When a City has the majority of a States Population.
Since there are zero states like this, is this just a hypothetical idea you have?

The Trump transition is formally being led by former Trump Small Business Administration chief Linda McMahon
The policy preparations have been far lower profile — by design, given the backlash the conservative Heritage Foundation attracted for its Project 2025 blueprint for a second Trump administration. But behind the scenes, the Trump transition is leaning on a diffuse roster of former Trump administration officials, according to conversations with 16 people familiar with Trump transition planning, who were granted anonymity to discuss confidential discussions.
A small sample include:
U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, who is crafting trade and economic plans, along with Jamieson Greer, Lighthizer’s former chief of staff.
Special envoy for Iran Brian Hook, who is involved with preparing a Trump State Department.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, who is involved with national security personnel and policy planning.
Office of Management and Budget general counsel Mark Paoletta, who is helping craft the policy playbook for the Justice Department.
Interior Secretary David Bernhardt is joining the transition planning process, according to two people aware of his plans.

I guess I would suggest that the needs/wants/desires, of the city folk are totally different than the needs/wants/desires of those that do not inhabit the large cities. That's because what matters in elections is the number of people, not the number of unoccupied acres of land. It seems like you're saying that the votes of a million people who live close to each other shouldn't count, but the votes of a million people who live far apart from each other should.
Disagree with Malice here (and Orwell). They actually live in a perpetual future.
In A Conflict of Visions, Thomas Sowell explains that the 'Unconstrained Vision' sees the world not as it is, but as they would like it to be. Quite literally, what can be unburdened by what has been (or what is). So, when you're living in a fantasy world that doesn't exist yet, anything you write, say, or think today is just a way to manifest the future you imagine.
Those with a constrained vision see this as being detached from reality or any sort of historical truth. Those with the unconstrained vision see any opposition as uncaring, heartless, or just plain evil.
That, too ... to-may-to ... to-mah-to ...
I don't think any of them - Malice, Orwell, or Sowell - are wrong.
They're just touching different parts of the same elephant.
I always remembered a response from a high ranking member of the opposing party after a loss. Was there a response that I missed? Schummer seems to be in hiding.
I'ma just drop this here ...

one thing about Schumer is he is an Oak. He is extremely consistent in his stance.
California Man Arrested For Showing I.D. To Vote
Oct 29, 2024
LOS ANGELES, CA — A local early voting precinct was briefly thrown into disarray today, as a man was arrested for showing his I.D. to vote.
Authorities said Justin Davis arrived at the voting location at around 9:00 A.M. and presented his driver's license to horrified poll workers who immediately called the police to report the blatant act of racism.
"There's no place for this type of lawlessness in California," said Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Paul Marquez. "We received a tip that there was a man showing his I.D. to vote here, which is a brazen violation of California law. Our officers arrived quickly to apprehend this monster. I'm just glad we were able to get him off the street before he could show his identification to anyone else. This place just keeps getting more dangerous."
When reached for comment, California Governor Gavin Newsom cited this latest incident as a perfect example of why voter I.D. laws should never be allowed. "Just look at the harm this man caused," Newsom told reporters. "Here he is — obviously a dangerous right-wing white supremacist — walking into a polling location and showing his I.D. Such bigotry will not be tolerated on my watch. We will continue to strive to make California a place where nobody knows who is voting, whether they can legally do so, or what happens to anyone's ballot after it's been cast. That leads to free and fair elections — the California way."
