"The RON PAUL RULE" at Ames...I'm so insulted.

Am I the only one that considers this article good news?

I saw an element of good news in it, in that at least they are presuming Ron to do well at Ames. The rest of what they're implying - that wherever he places, he's still a loser, and that he's basically the measuring bar for the other losers - is, as I said before, just childish, schoolyard antics.

What was wrong with that article. Extremely positive.

It said. If Ron Paul wins, he's the anti Romney, and everyone below us is dead.

We DON'T like that?

They don't like us, prefer someone else.

I think they're wrong, actually, but it really gives us a reason to go all out.

we need dominate that comment section, that article is ridiculous!

Sounds kinda like the "they fight you" stage. There weren't really any insults and people obviously aren't ignoring Ron Paul. What's left? Fighting. Winning.

Palin knows that Bachmann won't be able to get to the primaries, I'd be very surprised if she didn't get in. If they're saying they're all dead on the tea party side except for us if we win, what do we have to worry about. Palin. And I really think that people need to know more about Perry like Bilderberg is "sure a sign that he's very much involved in the international conspiracy" - Ron Paul.

If we're going to look at the other candidates, I think we should look at the one who is in the "international conspiracy"

"A Paul win will turn the race on its head and will surely bring Sarah Palin and Rudy Giuliani in as candidates."
I ROTFLMAO'D so hard I fell off my chair and did a reverse somersault. Giuliani couldn't even beat Paul last year, when barely anybody knew Paul. LOL.

I think the fact that Ron didn't subsidize the full ticket price like other is a big mistake.

Pretty sure this article classifies as the "first they ignore you" stage.

Is there a way to get on redstate, do damage to their candidates with facts, and not mention ron paul?

Ignore Red State. The site is dead. They tried to create a conservative version of the Daily Kos but it flopped miserably. They copied the format and everything.

Hot Air is the center of the conservative blogosphere universe. That site probably gets more hits in a minute than RedState gets in a day. Unfortunately it's so popular that they limit commenter registration to 2 days per year. I was able to register a year ago and recently started commenting. I'll post a thread on here when I see the next registration day so hopefully a number of Paul supporters can get in.

Then we need to figure out a way to destroy the Death Star
You must shoot a proton torpedo into the exhaust vent Thus creating a chain reaction which should destroy the death star. That is if my calculations are correct. Anyone care to back me up on this. I pm you the math.

Bachmann is predicted to win Ames. If she comes in 2nd, her campaign will take a serious body blow. If she loses to Ron Paul, her campaign will be seen as a flash in the pan and voters will move on to “the next best thing”. Cain and Pawlenty (who both used to be “the next best thing”) have the most to both gain or lose. If either finishes behind Ron Paul, they will join Gingrich and Johnson on the list of campaigns that are goners. Santorum and McCotter will almost surely lose to Paul and will be out of the race and off the podium in future debates.

Basically, they're saying "if you lose to Ron Paul you should drop out." This is a sign of RESPECT; they realize these things:

1) Ron has a chance to win Ames
2) Ron will probably place in the top three
3) If a candidate doesn't have as much support as Ron, they won't get a good enough boost to compete in the primaries & caucuses.

I'd go as far as to say that this is a soft admission that RP is a frontrunner.

For the life of me I can't understand how that moron Erick Erickson can fully support Rand Paul and at the same time loathe Ron Paul. Is the guy really that dumb?

They obvious don't know much about Ron Paul or his polling strength with independent voters. Independent voters are Ron's bread n butter. He cleans house with indies when compared to any other republican and even beats Obama. Whoever wins the independent vote wins the Presidency.

If Ron is the nominee, independents will flock to him in droves. It's basically his election to lose at that point. Not only that, but Ron's presence will throw a lot of blue democratic states into contention. Places where a "typical" republican wouldn't have a prayer in competing in. Ron being the nominee turns 10 blue states into purple state status.

So, I guess all those, young, RP supporting, internet spammers DeadState talked about from '07 up to this point must all live in their Mom's basement in IOWA!:p
