Dr. 3D I sent you a private message earlier, did you get it?
Since you are such a kind person and you asked so humbly, allow me to explain. There are many lessons that must be learned, as a Christian. Sin and Salvation is just one of them and it is the beginning one. The problem is the majority of the church world stays with that one, but that is the first works, the milk. Salvation is the beginning, first step that anyone must take. It is a baby christians first step on the road. There is so much more meat. But, when someone continuously pounds sin, salvation, hell, fire and brimstone, they have failed to see or learn the greater lessons of grace, mercy, patient, forgiveness, kindness, love. (See the fruits of the spirit.)
Now since the bible is the book I keep referring people too, does it not say that if they will go and read it and study it that they will find the way to God? Does not the bible say the only way to God is Christ. If I didn’t want them to find Christ, why would I refer them to the very book that would reveal him as their savior? That would not make any sense would it? If I believed Mohammah was the way or the jews were the way, wouldn’t it make sense to not send them to the bible? But, do your remember our conversation about sowing seeds? What is the best way to sow seeds, isn’t to show people the word. Because if they read it, isn’t that the greatest opportunity to get seed planted? Isn’t it wiser to let people read the word, so they can get it into their own minds and hearts, then it is for me to spew it out and hope they get it? See if I can get them to read it, it has a much greater chance to get planted and take root, (so God can get a harvest). So I stay away from quoting a lot of scripture to people. I want them to pick that bible up, read it and get the word firmly planted. And when they do, they will run smack dab into Christ and the only way to salvation. That’s why I never try to reveal truth, I do what Christ did I speak in parables. So that people can get enough interest to want to know. I never spew out scriptures or beat people over the head with them or dispute them. Because it won’t help them grow. It’s all about helping people come to the knowledge of Christ and a deeper knowledge of Christ. People will not be convinced until they see it for themselves. And that is the only way that they will ever know the truth, so they can be free.
That’s why I never go and dispute the scriptures with anyone. When seeds are planted, Satan will always plant weeds. (You and I discussed that!). Those weeds are misunderstandings, lack of knowledge, etc…, but instead of going back into the feed and ripping up the whole field, which will rip up the good seed that was planted, if we will just be patient and let the wheat and the weeds to grow up together for a while, the weeds will be rooted up and thrown into the fire. So we don’t have to worry about the weeds. We must just get the good seed into the field and let it grow. It is wisdom to be patient, it is not wisdom to run around and back into the feed and ripping up everything that is not like Christ. God’s got it! Just let it be. Let the muslims be, let the Buddhists be, let the samartians be. Stop persecuting them and judging them and trying them. Instead of beating them over the head and driving them away, look for and pray for an opportunity, a door that only God can open, so that you can go in and sow that field with the Gospel.
What we refuse to do is be patient, kind and loving, instead we want to barge in and make a door, where God hasn’t made one. He said when he opens a door, no man can shut it. Sweet brother, I trust God. I have learned to go when he says go and stay when he says stay. I have learned I of my own self can do nothing. It’s his field, I can only pray that he will send me into it.
Now, about love it’s the greatest lesson. There is no law, once we are made perfect in love. The law brings the curses right? If there is no law by walking in love, then are we not saved from the curses? Christ is our savior, but he is also our love, mercy, grace, and fulfillment of the law. He is everything. The bible says God is love, so I am not right to say love saves us? It was love that was nailed to the tree. It was love that was laid in the tomb. It was love that rose the third day. It was the greatest love that ever existed. Is that not right? It is that love that sets us free, if we will only allow it to operate in our lives.
I said the bible is a loaded gun, because it is. It is extremely powerful. But the problem is baby christians get some of it and never do enough study of it, so they can get the full truth, before they run out with it and batter the heck out of people with their feeble knowledge of it. There’s no wisdom in that and it does not edify the body of Christ or bring any glory to God’s Kingdom. People need instruction and they need to understand they need instruction. They need to be told the truth. The word of God is a sword and it can save or it can kill. We don’t want to kill people we want to save them But, if we run out and hammer people (especially the unsaved) with it, it will and does drive away the very ones that God is trying to draw. That’s why we must be wise.We must be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. We must have instruction. If not the bible is nothing more than a loaded gun, in the hands of a child. That is dangerous, very dangerous. Until someone is walking in the fruits of the spirit and they have been fully educated in righteousness, they should not go out trying to convert people. They still need to be converted fully from their old ways first. That’s what Christ meant about getting the beams out of our own eyes first, before we go try to take the speck out of someone else’s. The problem is that’s not being taught, the churches are full of babies teaching babies. We must grow up and get some wisdom. But, baby Christians run around hammering people, on sin and salvation, never realizing that yes it is the right and proper message but it must be delivered in a way that people will receive it with a glad heart. Because what does the bible say, if seed is sown into a glad heart, it has been sown in good ground and it will take root. The church isn’t bearing fruit right now, statistics show people are shunning church, because we have not been ministering salvation according to the scriptures. We must get some wisdom and knowledge back into the church regarding the scriptures, so we can be effective representatives to a lost and dieing world. But the only way that is going to happen, is when people become willing to be taught and stop thinking they know, what they do not know. So we need to shut our mouths and stop ripping each other up and open our eyes and ears, so that we can learn. But, we all must get to the fruits and become perfected in them. That’s how that world will know we are truly God’s. The church is being mocked and ridiculed, not because of it's righteousness but because of it's unrighteousness. How many people do you know are truly walking according to the fruits of the spirit? Those fruits are our ID. Without that ID, we look like, smell like, walk like, talk like the world and we have not been transformed from our old lives, until we put on righteousness (the fruits of the spirit). Those fruits are what set us apart and makes us different from the lost world, we were saved out of. Those fruits should be the very works that the entire church world should pursue. But, nope they want to go pursue the unrighteous and beat them over the heads, while they still have the big old beams of unrighteousness in their own eyes. They do the exact thing Christ said not to do! Unlearned, no wisdom.
Now, about Christ in us and the Kingdom of God within: here are the scriptures, go pray and seek God and ask him to reveal to you the truth.
2 Corinthians 13:3 since you are demanding proof that Christ is speaking through me. He is not weak in dealing with you, but is powerful among you. 4For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness, yet he lives by God's power. Likewise, we are weak in him, yet by God's power we will live with him to serve you. 5Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?
Colossians 1:27
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
Luke 17:21
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
Mark 4:11
And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
