I'm so sick of people throwing Rand Paul, under the bus.. He is one of us, take it or leave it. When 2016/2020 rolls around, you'll understand the decisions he's made. This endorsement is going to move this movement—believe it or not.
In 2016/2020, if we aren't being sniped by the drones (because they don't need warrants, and don't care), I doubt Rand Paul will be much of anything, once the "machine" rolls out against him.
He already burned his bridge by lying in his official endorsement of Romney, and dragged Ron Paul supporters into it by name.
If he is truly a professional politician, and knows how to play the game, he is doing an absolutely horrendous job, and this idea of..."going along to get along" doesn't work. Compromise once, and it gets easier to compromise a 2nd time, and 3rd time...and so on.
Seriously, he would have come out and endorsed Michele "I Lie About Your Father" Bachmann, and all the other candidates that did the same, including Jon Huntsman...to get along with the party?
He didn't answer the question as to WHY he endorsed Romney at all, he's going into full defense mode now...about himself and how great he is. That's what both interviews have been. "I'm a great Senator because of XYZ..."
That's not the question...
