The President of the United States Just Publicly Went Out Like a Bitch. And That’s Fine by Us.

If Ron Paul was president the troops would have been home 2.5 years ago. And I am pretty sure Trump is a stronger leader than Ron Paul. Reagan pulled us out of Lebanon despite the howls of the neocons without even blinking.

So those people insisting that Trump is trying super hard but just has to play politics with the lives of our troops in the meantime have zero credibility.

If you truly believe that Ron Paul would have been able to withdraw troops from the ME, you're dreaming. Although it is a nice dream, it is still dreaming.

Reagan did not immediately pull our troops out of Beirut. He was dealing with the Military Industrial complex and had George H. W. Bush as Veep.

U.S. President Ronald Reagan called the attack a "despicable act"[73] and pledged to keep a military force in Lebanon. U.S. Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger, who had privately advised the administration against stationing U.S. Marines in Lebanon,[74] said there would be no change in the U.S.'s Lebanon policy.

Posting an article criticizing the POTUS for not going to war? Sounds about right for you, and the left, Count.
In general I don't support President Donald.

But to me it always sounds like a good move to have less war mongering in the Middle East.

Now if only the genocide against Yemen stops...
Is it all a diversion strategy to hide that more than a 1000 Yemeni kids die every week from starvation, while gullible fools follow all of the "interesting" news on Iran, Syria, North Korea and Venezuela?!?

"Look at him. He didn't go to war. He's such a bitch."

The Orangatang pulled a Drunken Monkey and Zigged when everyone thought he would Zag. So sorry to disappoint you.

That is when you can tell if someone is just partisan team cheering rather than having a guiding set of moral principles. When they regret that someone didn't fail by failing to create chaos or ruining others lives.

According to you people, Trump cannot withdraw troops but at the same time, he can make matters "worse" for himself by increasing troops and then killing deep state CIA agents?

That makes no sense

They don't know what the hell they want. Because TDS is REAL.

He offers an olive branch and he is a scum bag no matter what. SMDH.

Because He was a Clown before he ever ran for office.. The campaign was a circus devoid of principles..
And the Democrats Elected him,,because they couldn't stand Hillary. Some "R"s held there nose and voted for him,,many did not.

And The war against Iran Predates Trump,,and instead of ENDING it,, he has joined the Provocation.
and is playing the Clown in a very dangerous game.

The eventual result of human stupidity is recorded already,,
Watching it happen is somewhat unpleasant.

The problem with Reagan he already pushed and gave what NeoCons a organization which funds and starts up protest movements and NED was their answer.

Oh yeah, I am not defending all of his foreign policy shenanigans by any stretch. But people were pissed when he pulled out, and Ron Paul and his brand of libertarians consider it an example of how to truly be a boss.

Referring to a sitting POTUS as 'bitch' crosses the line, no matter if it is done by theroot or Tulsi Gabbard or some angry Republican who feels betrayed now. There is increasing use of 'drunkard monkey' also, that should also be avoided.
Let's take a deep breath and encourage civil discourse of ideas and respectful dialog.

Anyone else notice the slurring during his statement yesterday? I know he's the healthiest person ever elected as President but he didn't sound well yesterday.

Facts are unpleasant so most people choose to ignore them.

People act like Trump started these wars. Trump's predecessors and rogue CIA pissed off people for the last 40 plus years and they just expect us to walk out as if nothing happened. Also when he wants the borders secured and vett people coming in, you hear the screams that he cannot do that either. The enemy is already within our borders.

The John Birch Society warned us about this type scenario years ago.

The same people who tell us that government is 100% corrupt try to tell us that Trump should be able to directly defy the deepstate and just do everything perfect immediately.

Exactly. He was literally dealt a shitty hand, but he has accomplished a lot even against much opposition. The thing I admire about him is he is tougher than most people think. That's what street smarts will do and I am thankful he is there and not Hillary.

This article is written at a middle school level. I don't mean like a middle school English paper, I mean like a middle school note to your friend.

Still, some of y'all are having reading comprehension problems. This is clearly an anti war article.

The very title says about Trump not going to war "That’s Fine by Us," and again in the article he says "we’re both fine with the potential outcome," then later "This could’ve been catastrophic" and "The most important point...was that no Americans were killed in Tuesday’s bombings. The president believes this was intentional and it doesn’t matter to me as long as more people didn’t die." But then what's with the snarky tone? What was his complaint? It's not that Trump backed away from war; it's that he ever rattled sabers at all: "None of this would be a thing if the president didn’t talk tough" "What would be amazing now, would be if the president stopped talking like he “keeps that fire on him”" and he finishes with "There is nothing wrong with that, especially if it keeps America out of a war we don’t belong in."

So yeah, it was poorly written, but it was anti-war.

I'm going to start substituting "black men" in that line every time Al Sharpton or some fellow traveler pops up the media.

If you're talking about rev Al you'd better say "black man...with white man's hair...that he got out of a can...."
