You lack any kind of critical thinking per usual, and believe also what is spoon fed to you by the "Senate Committee".
What is more likely:
1) your source for "75% of those applicants were women or coloreds" is a mistake and they meant 75% of those taken into the program, or
2) white men just chose not to apply to the program because.... reasons?
If you want me to believe that shit you'll need to find another source to back it up because that number just doesn't make any kind of rational sense at all.
