Mine:
Thank you for providing great products and services. Walgreens has always been my provider of choice for medical, and even some occupational safety, needs. Walgreens employees have always been helpful, efficient, and cheerful.
It is with great regret that I, then, initiate the first adverse communication of my lifetime with your company. My regret stems not from any Walgreens action, but from the actions of a political pundit sponsored by Walgreens.
Tonight (12 Nov 07) on the Glenn Beck show on CNN's Headline News Network, Mr. Beck thanked me for my military service. Almost without pausing for breath, however, Mr. Beck then insinuated that I was a possible domestic terrorist for supporting Representative Ron Paul and working for his Presidential campaign at the grassroots level.
Since Mr. Beck does not know me, I am 100% certain that he was not speaking of me. As a US Air Force officer, I am willing to defend Mr. Beck's right to voice any opinion he feels necessary. However, as a Walgreens' customer, I would ask that you distance your company publicly from the insinuation that I may be a domestic terrorist merely for the courage to participate in the political process as I feel necessary.
