Taking things from white people

The city of Oakland is now going after a 102-year-old man in a wheelchair.

His crime? He was unable to remove all the graffiti painted all over his home by thugs.

Victor Silva Sr. faces a $1,100 fine, PLUS additional $1277 fines for each failed re-inspection.

This is who Oakland is going after.

Anarcho-tyranny: Oakland crime out of control: "a failed progressive utopia”.

And apparently this is the tweet that the FBI decided to investigate...even Musk responded.

The Feds didn't come knocking because of her tweet, they came knocking because the "judges received threats to their lives" as a result of her tweet, according to the girl that posted the tweet.

That's a little different.....

Family's outrage as Louisiana man is released on probation a year after dumping body of woman whose cousin claims 'was drugged'

The family of a 27-year-old Louisiana woman whose body was dumped at a vacant apartment building is outraged that the man whom she was last seen with and who later dumped her body is on probation.

Damion Matthews, 38, was arrested February 23, 2023 on two charges of unlawful disposal of remains and obstruction of justice in the death of Macy Peebles.

Peebles first met Matthews when the pair were at a casino. The young woman left with Matthews before she turned up dead. He was later accused of discarding the women's remains, and moving her corpse, officials said.

On Tuesday, at his trial hearing in 19th District Court in Baton Rouge he faced Judge Louise Hines, and entered a guilty plea, his public defender Alex Hertenstein told DailyMail.com.

It is unclear if Matthews entered a plea deal to a lesser charge. Hertenstein did not immediately respond back to DailyMail.com's further requests for comment.

Matthews bonded out of the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison a day after his arrest on $15,000 bail.

According to the East Baton Rouge Coroner's Office, there weren't 'any obvious signs of trauma or injury,' BRProud previously reported.

Homicide Detectives received information that the victim was at a local casino and was possibly seen leaving with an unknown Black male,' in the arrest affidavit, as per the news outlet.

Surveillance footage showed Peebles leaving the casino with Matthews around 2.30 am. Detectives suspect the woman died of a possible overdose, WBRZ Baton Rouge News reported.

On February 23, 2023, around 8.30am, deputies from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office responded to 8838 GSRI Avenue about an unresponsive person outside of a vacant 4-plex apartment unit that was under construction.

Deputies identified the deceased as the 27-year-old woman.

Investigators went through surveillance footage from different cameras. The first camera showed that Peebles' body was not at the location where her body was later discovered.

Surveillance footage from the apartments showed a man, later identified as Matthews driving by the apartment complex and leaving the body behind a fence, as per the news outlet.

Investigators believed Peebles had been moved to the apartment location based on the position of the body and her clothes which indicated that she was dragged to the location.

As detectives were securing the crime scene, Matthews was seen on several different cameras driving around the area. At one point, he is seen at the crime scene asking a deputy about the investigation, Unfiltered with Kiran reported.

Investigators were able to use license plate readers to identify his car.

Video footage also showed that he was dressed in the same clothes as he was wearing the night he met Peebles at the casino.

Not really. It's still because of her tweet. And it's the usual double standard.

Leftists can call out and give the home address of Supreme Court judges with no consequences at all.

Some animals are more equal.

What a couple of morons. What the hell was the guy with the net doing? Waiting for the damn seal to willingly climb in?

Edit - And the girl should have gotten behind the seal, straddled it, and if need be, put her weight on it.

Shit, they were openly calling for a lynching, the same thing happened to Tucker Carlson's family.

This is why we continue to lose, playing this stupid game by Hoyle's rules against a ruthless and deadly enemy.

I'm not sure what the situation was, but was it so urgent that they couldn't have just left the seal alone until it was in a less precarious position? (For example, if it was only out sunning itself on the rock, then just leave it be until it was done and moved away.)

You can guarantee that several people had called 911 (and a marine mammal center) to report a baby seal in a precarious position...don't worry, govt (or it's subsidiaries) will save you.

"Random" attacks skyrocket in NYC, but why all women?

{Decoy Voice | 28 March 2024}

New York City, NY is continuing to fall into lawlessness. But now on TikTok several women are finding out that they have all been recently randomly attacked in the street. Some of them by the same person, but some of them from just similar people. How did NYC get this bad?

The tiktok accounts that recently went viral over being randomly attacked in New York City, NY have apparently led to the arrest of at least one of them. But somehow it gets worse than we thought.

I'm not denying the insanity of it all... Just saying this one isn't as egregious as what I've read in the rest of the thread.

When a judge gets death threats, especially if its a federal judge, I think it's reasonable for the Federales to look into it.

I am only suggesting that they are not investigating her tweet, they are investigating the death threats on the judge, starting with whatever incited the death threats.

The medium that incited the death threats is irrelevant. Could have been a website, a letter to the editor, little posters plastered on telephone poles, doesn't matter. The Feds would pay you a visit.
