Careful guys, in some states photographing your ballot is illegal (Felony) and can result in a 10K fine. PetaPixel posted a good summary on this earlier today. I'd link but I'm posting from my phone.

When I voted this morning, they made you turn off your phone or not take it in the polling place. They told me that it could be used for electioneering... :/

We all commit 3 felonies a day on average anyway. Might as well make one of them fun!

SHHHH - don't tell RPF's but I didn't photograph my actual ballot, I photographed my sample ballot, which just happened to be filled out in the exact same way. There are no laws against photographing one's sample ballot.

Of course, I can't for the life of me figure out who this ballot belongs to...

1) May not be illegal in your state.

2) May be illegal but neither posted nor enforced. (pretty common)
