Ron Paul
Some of us don't seem to have gotten the memo:
Unless acting like you have a sizeable enough force that it can afford to be divided demonstrates strength.
I believe that we, as a group, could pretty well guarantee the success of socialism on a global scale simply by adopting this as our long-term strategy.
Never heard of winning an election through a flanking maneuver before. You can win an election by dividing the opposition; you don't win by dividing your own adherents.
Fair enough, but when you are weak you dont go out of your way to prove how weak you are.
Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things--and the things that are not--to nullify the things that are,
That no flesh should glory in his presence.
Our presidential election cycle is over. No other candidate has adherents such as dr. paul. If I wanted republican light, I'd just vote for Romney. Since anti-interventionism is a big issue for me, I'll probably vote for Goode. I'm certainly not gonna get unified into voting for a "humanitarian war" monger.
It's not quite as sad as four years ago. But then again, maybe it's plenty close enough to being just as sad...

I'm actually quite excited about our federal candidates still in the races: Amash, Bentivolio, Massie, Robinson, Stockman, Bills, maybe a few others I'm not quite as excited about but still good prospectives. We have the making of a great bunch of rabble rousers for next year.
Four years ago we had Badlwin. So this year, if the presidential race is what interests you, it's far more sad.
Shouldn't be. Now that Obama has proven beyond doubt what we knew about him all along, just about any peacenik could potentially garner one hell of a protest vote.
I've got some super glue. Anyone have bailing wire? Duct tape? Bubble gum? We'll have us a coalition built in no time!
If it's all for Romney, though, count me out. It won't do any good (though it couldn't do any harm, considering how life is under the 'competition'), and Romney will just take credit and pretend that our help was no help.
I thought that was one of the big ways we were distinguishing many of them from standard Republicans?Are civil liberties still left out in creating those lists? Because if they may have voted for NDAA and the Patriot Act and HR 347, they aren't for me. When that is fixed in the assessment technique, let me know.
