I've seen home DNA tests online as little as $79 - I don't know how well they work, but it's worth checking out. If she was a "one night stand" for you - you were for her too.. I'm not making any moral judgements here, but maybe you don't know where she was the night before or the night after.. Just saying it's worth investigating.

This is true and i have asked her. she said she was with another guy 15 days after but I think we both know it is mine. There will be a DNA test anyway because we live in Idaho and because we are not married the state will be involved. it will be requested by the state. Idaho is Fd that way. but I have Pre payed legal and they told me this. Any way I know its mine because I have gone to the doctors with her and I just know... If that makes sence at all.

Having a child with a woman I didn't intend to be with long term at age 26 ended up being the greatest thing that ever happened to me.I became a single dad three years later. He is a great son and he changed my life and gave me purpose. My son just celebrated his 16th birthday. Though it didn't work out with his mom, I wouldn't change a thing. And now my wife and I have an awesome 10 month old boy together and I get to experience all the wonderful "firsts" again!

You"ll do just fine! Enjoy your amazing child when he/she is born, keep a good cordial relationship with his mom regardless of any romance or other relationship, and everything else will take care of itself.

Me and my lady friend have discused it and no mater what happens we have decided that we will never fight over the child and will work as a team even if we end up hating each other.
