So the first office opened over the weekend, so it wasn't in response to the Priebus resolution.

This makes it more important for Minnesotans who can go to Ron's $20 fundraiser for the MN GOP with Kurt Bills to go, because Romney is playing the 'you won't get funding unless you back me' card, which is how they forced out the teaparty chair of the NH GOP. We need to show we can give support.

This is what Paul was worried about when he sent out those emails...

For those who read my Paul is Pulling an obiwan thread...this is the empire strikes back phasw where we think we are srronger tthan we are, ignore the warnings of the man who taught us the power we have, and they will cut off our hand and gain some ground back.

The key is that we make sure to take it back in force, andthen some.

This was predictable. They will try to use county lvl GOP they trust which is another reason why we need to control those as well

Why does Romney feel the need to do this if he has an insurmountable delegate lead? The best place to hide a lie is in between two truths.

According to the people in the GOP, the convention is suppose to run as smooth as possible to show unity for the candidate. The more divided the vote among the floor, the more ruckus that can happen according to them.

I am hoping the Paul campaign takes this to court. Rmoney thinks he can just buy this election going around the rules just shows how corrupt he really is. Just think what happens if he becomes president. >_<

Typical BS from MSM. Repuplicans are opening "Victory Centers" all over the country. This has nothing to do with Paul, his supporters or who the delegates are.

It worked in NH, Romney folks forced the tea party chair elected in 2010 out because he 'couldn't fund raise enough' when all the institutional donors pointedly withheld their usual donations in support of Romney. Eventually he had to leave so the party could get the money it needed to run. So we do have to get money to those parties we take over, or the OTHERS who don't mind US but need candidates to get funded, will be pressured into going where the money is. It is to make us irrelevant.

This is very important because it is a shot across our bows. They are warning other states this could happen if we take over. A political blogger /party guy was saying this might happen in IOWA. It is very important that we be able to bring funding into the party where we take over management in a state. We need to focus on this, after the moneybomb.

Hmmmm. Any action to make the convention a display of unity is an indisputable bastardization of the process itself. Imagine trying to create unity for any other election via voter suppression, intimidation tactics, outright cheating, and media manipulation.

Outside of the convention, they have no other mechanism by which a candidate is selected. I don't know what the RNC is thinking, but I doubt the US electorate is going to let Romney buy the presidency. He'll have no political capital left if he manages to buy the nomination.

He's wasting his money. After he loses to Obama he will fade into obscurity with no legacy and no movement to carry forward his message. I hope you good people are gearing up for more delegate wins, that'll take the shine off his shenanigans.

I think this is sadly how it is. Whoever is willing to take money from the banks, military contractors, etc. is going to have so much power they can do whatever they want. Romney bought his delegates in Arizona since there wasn't even an actual vote. He'll buy his lawyers to defend anything we try to say to stop it. We don't have legitimate media outlets to even report on any of this.

But we do have better and more organized fundraising than the 'other part of the' tea party. We don't have Romney/Rove group money on a nationwide scale, but we can support local/state needs in the parties we take over.

To shut out a vote they are trying to use a few back doors. This is so disgusting. I talked on the phone with some friends who have never campaigned and they are hearing about these conventions and now they want to get involved .

I remember a few months ago when other candidates and pundits were saying that Romney winning the nomination would be the worst possible outcome for the party. Nothing has changed, these people still feel exactly the same way, but they grit their teeth and endorse him because they want to secure their own positions in the future. These are people without principle, without integrity, and more interested in their own self-preservation than in doing what's right for the country and it's people.

You need to fight back now.

Hmmm, 'The new shadow party'....that wouldn't be something similar to 'shadow Government' would it?.

Am I the only one that sees this as a win? Think long term.

Once upon a time, the libertarian-minded people left the GOP in disgust to form their own party. I wish the new Neocon Party the same success as the Libertarian Party. It's time to let the Libertarian Party and Constitution Party know that it's now safe to rejoin the newly reformed Republican Party, and many independents and moderates will find their way into the big tent of liberty as well.

This "shadow party" may be a pain in the butt for a little while, but it's going to be a magnet for everything that's currently wrong with the Republican party. You won most of the keys to the party in Nevada, and now they're handing you the rest of them. Let them leave... in the long run, you'll be much better for it.

What a great display of unity and respect! Rather than work with us they just go around and cut us off.

and we should rename it 'the Republic Party'.
