Ron Paul vs. Bernanke on now!

The CPI is a farce now. They mess with that now. They now expect you to buy hamburger instead of steak and pay more for a new car because it comes with more extras. CPI is not what it used to be.

Exactly. The CPI is no longer a lasket of goods like it use to be.

He's not exactly a sleaze bag, and this situation isn't entirely his. It's impossible for one person to fix the situation we are in. I don't agree with the steps he's taken, but it's much more than just him. It's not entirely fair he's taking the force of his predecessors, and the federal government mistakes.

Is that you Ben? I don't get it, how can you be on TV and the Ron Paul forums at teh same time?

The bottom line is that he is 100% accountable for all of the decisions he has made since being in office and they have all been crap so...

What is he saying. I'm at work & that windows link doesn't work for me.

har har, we have a comedian. So are you saying Ben is responsible for everything right now? Nothing to do with nixon taking us off the gold standard?

He could have made all of the best decisions and we'd still be in trouble. It's unavoidable.

You don't get to occupy this kind of position in the power structure without being a sleaze bag.

Stupid generalizations. I suppose his appointment had nothing to do with his impressive education history. Again, I don't agree with most of his decisions, but the situation is unavoidable. He couldn't have fixed it.

He didn't have to make it worse. His education never made him wise.

Pleas see quote again because I didn't say that. I said he is 100% accountable for all his decisions.

Yes we'd still be in trouble (OBVIOUSLY) but at least we would be in a known recision and we would be liquidating the bad debt IF HE HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISIONS.

INSTEAD, this idiot has us in limbo between catastrophic failure and slightly less catastrophic failure.

"New problems in the economy are popping up like a not very funny version of whack-a-mole"

Some lady busting on Bernake, classic!

Congresswoman Maloney I believe.

For some reason, whack-a-mole is one of DC's favorite analogies for anything from Iraq to monetary policy.

In DC, almost anything is either whack-a-mole or a perfect storm.

Take your pick.
