Well I know he has said he was going to eventually close the CIA, but the FBI rumor is one that has been started by the old media. It is true Ron doesn't like the FBI, but he only wants to change their policies and not shut them down.

Every time I hear that I think of how insanely huge that would be for us, yet how many people would hear it on the news and not even think twice about it. Just imagine an empire-free America. That was such an excellent piece. The man is so genuine, humble, and knowledgeable. I love how he goes into great detail on fundamentals, intead of using shallow excuses and offering band-aid solutions.

Yep.

I would think its rather selfevident when Ron Paul says "Get rid of the cia and fbi" its more about the things they've been up to then the organisations themselves but better spell it out to the media.

The post-speech was great. You have these reporters pushing microphones in his face and asking him questions which he just spent the previous hour answering, and he politely tells them that he wants to shake hands with these people and sign some eggs. I love it! He would rather connect with his supporters than pander to the media. Not to mention the one girl who said, "And I'm proud to be a part of the revolution!"-- Dr. Paul's response: "Yay!!!!!!". His face lit up when she said that to him!

This man believes every single word he says, and you can tell that he believes in us .
