I'm suspecting he's endorsing someone for Kentucky's primary, since it was supposed to be on a KY show, or he'd have worked it into Face the Nation.

I don't know about you, but I'm getting tired of the campaign repeatedly saying there is going to be a "major announcement" and either nothing happens, or the annoucement isn't very major. Major annoucements should be reserved for things that are really game changing.
