Today the news here in Florida is talking about how the Florida delegates are being punished by being put up in a hotel 45 minutes away from the convention.

The best hotel location goes to...Massachussetts delegates...

:D

right next to the convention

That's just favoritism - cuz Flip Flopney is from Mass. :p

Innisbrook is gorgeous. Here's the part that gets me:
Owner Sheila Johnson, co-founder of the BET network (and a major Democratic contributor) has significantly upgraded the resort in recent years.

And traffic-wise, if memory serves, Innisbrook is probably a better drive than Clearwater Beach. But this would tick me off:
Organizers are considering dedicated bus lanes to speed up the trip for convention guests, but nothing has been settled.
Dedicated bus lanes, because they're so important? Really???

Colorado is at the Holiday Inn St Petersburg-Clearwater Airport.
LOL - Colorado has reason to be pissed. :)

OMG. Just realized, don't they have a part in the convention where they have a roll call of the states and they vote? Wouldn't that be sheer awesomeness if the delegates from Romney's home state voted for RON PAUL? LOL

you guys better be careful.. they might try to do something sneaky like have an error where none of the ron paul delegates/supporters are registered for rooms in all of the hotels in florida lol.

Maybe the grassroots can turn this into a positive by holding a rally(s) as the delegates make their way into the convention. Maybe this could help those fence straddlers make up their mind at the last minute seeing first hand the true strength of Ron Paul's revolution.

Bicycles. Lots of them.

That is precisely what will happen, pursuant to GOP Rule 38. Bound delegates are NOT required to vote except according to their own concience. Hidden RP delegates, who are supposedly "bound" to other candidates will abstain or vote Ron paul.

RON PAUL WILL TAKE THE NOMINATION ON THE FIRST BALLOT.

Assigned rooms? All RP delegates should switch to a different room than assigned upon arrival. Then sweep for listening devices in new room ;)
