Ron Paul/Barry Goldwater Jr. to be on the ballot in LA

We will certainly THREATEN to sue...but actually sueing requires money and/or time/effort. We dont have any of the three in the wake of a massive storm. In fact--most of us dont even have electricity.

Assuming that people dont come out of the woodwork claiming we were "enemies of the movement" or "theives!" then that may be an option.
 
Trent, do you plan to try again today to file? I've noticed that the SOS website has been down a few days now, and the congressional primaries have been pushed back. Maybe they're planning to extend the Sept. 2nd deadline for filing.

Since they delayed the election, I believe that they will have to extend the deadline. Believe and keep trying. If God is on our side in this, then nothing will be able to stop us. We can take it to the courts if we have to. Let's not let Gustav or the state stop us. God may be testing us to find out how far we are willing to go for what we know is right.

by the way, we spoke to Goldwater,Jr. He says he accepts the nomination for VP, and I now have the number to his media coordinator.
Send me your number via PM so we can share all this info. We really have to get this thing going, he seemed really excited.
Considering his speech prior to Ron's, I think he would be honor to run with Ron.
 
I went to the SoS's office AGAIN,and they were STILL CLOSED. I became concerned that if they were closed for much longer they would blame the lateness upon me,and not their tardiness in reopening. So what did I do? I took out my phone and recorded a video of me placing the forms and money into an envelope and slipping it through the door of the SoS's office. The moment they open,they'll have our paperwork. =)
I also left my contact info.

Do you have copies of the paperwork? I don't know how an anonymous package will be recieved.
Definitely follow up as much as possible to make sure they don't get stupid and say, "what package?"

We might use that ad, as most of us in this effort support Ron Paul, but also like Chuck Baldwin.
