Ron Paul ad & Roy Jones Jr Boxing - a PPV fight

He's probably refunding the money as quickly as possible since he was repeatedly accused of being a crook on this forum, which was pathetic. I really hope it wasn't the racism crap that did this in.

All money has been refunded. I thank you guys for your support and I am looking forward to doing some other type of advertising in the future. Andre Berto is really interested in this now as well.

Here is the message that went out with all the refunds!

Hello, I am sad to say that this deal has fallen through. We will not have an ad for this event. This will be RJJ last fight and he doesn’t want to be known for endorsing a candidate. So I thank you for your donation and I am refunding your money.

Thanks for your efforts Heath! That was a really good idea on your part and I'm sure you will think of something even better next time!!!! :D Thanks!

Heath, we all thank your efforts. You put more work into this revolution than probably the vast majority of us (especially me!)

Continue to fight the good fight!

Perhaps we can learn something from this whole ordeal.

Electric Church has posted over 90 posts in the last four days about this one grassroots project. Every post has been negative and he successfully, and almost single-handedly derailed the entire effort. He called long time members of this forum dishonest liars and scam artists.

I suggest that we learn something from this debacle. Are we going to let single members spam negative information about grassroots projects in the future or are we going to limit the number of inflammatory negative posts a member can make about a subject?
:mad::mad::mad:

Thanks Heath for your efforts.

Thanks for trying Heath. You tried, it didn't work out. We can learn from this though, what about trying for a UFC fighter to wear a RP shirt before and after their fight in the octagon? I'm not sure of where Zuffa stands on political message. I do know Tito Ortiz wore a shirt saying "Fighting for our Troops..." So, maybe someone can get in touch with Tito's people and run an idea past them? Or, one of the other UFC stars?

Not necessarily true

Most boxers wake up after they get knocked out and are in good enough shape for the post fight interview. Their trainer can slip a Ron Paul T-shirt on them without the fighter even knowin it due to his wobbly condition. The post fight interviews last only about 5 minutes so it would probably be a lot cheaper than the $50,000 dollar 12 round tattoo on the back exposure.

If the boxer is knocked out, then he never gets to wear that t-shirt.

Heath,

Thanks for all your efforts. It is unfortunate that you had to face so much scrutiny in the process and I hope it does not derail future support.

On that note, F U Electric Church.

I just got my money back from Heath. I'd like to applaud his effort for this. It's a shame that it didn't work out. But it was a GREAT idea!

Tito only has one fight left on his contract and I don't know if he's going to fight any time soon. He's expressed his interest in not fighting any more but I don't think Dana White would let that happen.

That said, I'm sure there are some other fighters that would consider this type of thing if the UFC allows it. Chris Leeban stands out as a possibility as the sort of "F the government" type.

Thanks Heath for your efforts.

I think we should be able to vote people off of the island. Give everyone a rating system, you get rated too low and your temporarily banned.
