Paid shill or useful idiot? Why do you continue to fan the flames and bring more attention to a subject that you know divides the boards? Why?

Because the 9/11 truth movement is one of the MAIN reasons why Ron Paul is being labeled a "nutjob". Why do you support these people who are giving fuel to Fox News' fire? Do you want Paul to lose? I'm beginning to think you seem to be an idiot and Unuseful. Fanactics pushing their agenda are dividing us. The words "9/11 Truth" should not even be in the same sentence as "Ron Paul". They should ESPECIALLY not be screamed by some jerk in the middle of Ron Paul's speech. That is disrespectful and selfish, and your failure to condemn this man's actions shows that you care more about 9/11 Truth than you do about Ron Paul.

We wouldn't have to discuss this if people could separate their personal beliefs from the beliefs of RP and this campaign

So answer me this: are YOU a useful idiot or government shill? Because it seems like you are trying to marginalize Ron Paul

1 - WannaBfree, you push the issue way too much. They have the right to say whatever they want, and I have the right to ask them to shut the hell up.

2 - You guys need to stop making it seem like 'majority of Americans' don't believe the story. If the majority of Americans didn't believe the story, there wouldn't be 1 or 2 truth people out there and people wouldn't be laughing at them.

3 - Stop trying to convince us that it's going to help the campaign. You need to accept that it's not going to help the campaign, unless all of you guys get together and chill amongst yallselves. Having one or two or even ten people walk around a crowd of 500-1,000 handing out things promoting your movement is nothing short of bad. Get real. Get over it!

Get over it!!!! @!@@@@@@!!!@!#!@#!

Still being ignored...

So where is all this damage that the truthers are doing to RP Deadhead? He seems to be doing quite well and I suspect a huge part of it is BECAUSE of the truthers, not in spite of them. Do you have any idea how many truthers are on this board? I suspect ALOT of them. Since we are a huge part of his campaign, how are we marginalizing him again? And why are you trying to marginalize a large part of his support group? Paid shill or useful idiot?

You talk about 9/11 WAAAAAAAY more than I do. Mostly I try to tell you to stop fanning the flames and dividing the groups and to warn others that "some people" do it intentionally" so they know not to fall into the trap. So who is doing more damage here? You or me?

PatriotOne, I'd hate to burst your bubble, but I see you talk about 9/11 a lot and definitely more then DeadheadForPaul

I suspect there were many of them there. It's not like they have 9/11 truther tatoo'd across their foreheads ya know, nor do they wear 9/11 t-shirts all the time.

I think if you audited my posts, you would see a good percentage of them calling out the shills.

Ok, but in either case, I'm consistently seeing you fight the 9/11 topic. It obviously is important to you. I don't think you understand what the rest of us feel as important. That would be, no 9/11 stuff AT ALL ok dude? It's not a difficult concept...

If 9/11 truthers is SO huge and SO important, why does everyone keep fighting them and getting mad at them?

I'm new here, but; As I remember this thread was about the mountain view rally; and not about the "9/11 Truth Movement" So, lets all stop Hi-jacking each others threads?

K?

If you want we can create a separate forum or Thread to talk about the 9/11 Truth movement; Or we can just move this one into the Fire bin, since it's turning into such a heated argument.

I'm consistently fighting you useful idiots and paid shills on this board in an attempt to make sure everyone here knows what the real problem is. It's people like you who flame other Ron Paul supporters and it divides the boards.

lol. So you think what 9/11 people are doing is 'not the real problem'. The 'real problem' is that nobody's accepting these people and getting mad at them for what they do? Why didn't I think of that earlier ...

I think you are taking it to personally. Have a beer and relax a little, also, I don't think calling people idiots and "paid shills" have anything to do with anyone supporting RP. Remember, there is a person behind the keyboard.

Is it okay to call the Ron Paul supporters, who are also 9/11 Truthers names, which is what starts the fights on this board in the first place?

Hello everyone,

I'm BRAND new here. This is my first post., but I've been reading post here everyday since the forum was first listed over at dailypaul.com. I hadn't planned to register, because I am spending way too much time over here without posting. I knew that once I registered, I'd have to break my fingers to keep from posting about all sorts of things.

So here's what prompted me to register and make my first post on something I'd rather not even comment on. I've noticed that in the past couple of weeks there's been a whole lot of infighting on this forum. In these days of Google and the Way Back Machine (archive.org), anything you write in a forum is FOREVER. It can be searched and used against us (supporters) and against Ron Paul.

I just have this feeling that the stars are aligning perfectly for Ron Paul, except for all of this infighting. Kinda reminds me of how the US is imploding--crumbling from within. I know that a person's first post is supposed to be noncontroversial, but I've been a supporter of Ron Paul's since the early 90s. I have prayed that he would run for President all of these years.

I would really hate to see the infighting ruin the one last best chance we have to reclaim our great country.

As a disclaimer, and I have no intention of ever repeating this, I do not buy into the official line regarding 9/11. I haven't bought it since about a week after it happened and I got over the horror and awakened from my stupor. And yes, IMHO it's the "original sin," (after the SCOTUS "selection," that is) from which all other sins flow.

That said, Ron Paul's campaign is even more important. It's THE most important thing right now. Every campaign has its offshoots, its special interest groups. That's a given. It's going to happen. People will show up at rallies to pursue their own agendas. While I think this campaign is too important to use for other ends, it's going to happen. Why can't everyone just accept that and quit the fighting on this board?

You don't want to give first timers a bad impression, and often you only have one chance at giving a first impression. Bottom line, had I been a first-time lurker today, I would have left to never return. It's only because I've spend so much time on here and seen the great work that you all have done that I even have the nerve to make this post.

Please, I am begging you to think about the first impression that you want to leave with first-time visitors and curious visitors. This is not a free-speech issue, it's not a 911 issue. It's a perception issue. I hope that this is received in the spirit in which it is given. I have no malice in my heart and I have no agenda, except to retake our country. If this happens, the rest will take care of itself in due time.

Welcome and wise words. I wish I was a mod so I could just stop certain people from flaming and calling names of the very people who are here to help Ron Paul. That's my wish!

Thanks PatriotOne. I stared at my post for about 10 minutes before I got the nerve to hit the submit reply. I don't want to fuel the flames. There is so much good news out today (at other campaigns' expense--oh WELL!) and the successes of yesterday that I hate to see it spoiled.

I'm a little older than most of you guys and used to work for Republican candidates back when they were real Republicans. This will be my first time voting for anyone since the 70s, and I'm jazzed beyond belief!

@PatriotOne.

I think we are on the same page...
You know this cycle just keeps going on... no 9/11 truth, yes 9/11 truth. back and forth all day everyday. WE both know its pointless. Let's not continue it. I know its hard not to respond to ignorance. I have trouble myself... but let us move on... this subject hurts me in the heart to see such division... can you and I agree to not respond anymore to these statements since we have both done so extensively and see that is really does no good either way? For peace sake?
No need to say.... 'well he started'. It doesn't matter either way... let's agree to focus our time here on other things? can you and I agree on that if no one else?

Are am I just completely wrong about the futility of these arguements?

The constitution guaranties individuals to form groups. Such as country clubs social clubs and the like. They could be all black, white or jewish. Now this board is a club for Ron Paul and can makes any rules it wants. Why can't we eliminate by vote or the dictator we all agreed apon, the moderator( no offense but that is basically what a moderator is) the ones that are distracting a great deal from getting Ron elected. I have seen many express their views but 99% drop something if it doesn't get a good response. We're a club not the USA. Other boards do. Just a thought.
