One of our delegates is going to upload video of them filing the nomination papers over an hour before Roll Call to refute the statement that papers weren't filed in time. Apparently the secretary was unreasonably difficult to find, as was Sununu with the rules committee stuff, but they found her.

Um, the speech itself is a timestamp if someone puts in the due diligence. Obviously the words of the speaker at the podium only happened at one specific moment during the convention. All anyone need to do is check what time that speaker was speaking, then check the transcript to double verify that the text of his speech matches the words of the speech in this video and ba-boom... you've a timestamp.

That video above wasn't the one being made up. One of our delegates said he double checked with CSPAN and the document was filed 1 hour 20 minutes before roll call.
