Please don't schedule it for late April. Consider that there are soooo many college students supporting Ron Paul and that is finals time for most college student. I would come right now, but absolutely could not come in April.

May would be much better, not to mention it'd be warmer and people would be more likely to come.

March or late May, but not in late really April...I'll be studying for finals and will take them at the beginning of May...

If it's important to you, you'll figure out a way to get there in April.

K-12 often go to the end of May. Families will prefer June - Father's Day or close.

also it's import that it is on a weekend, many will not come if its on a weekday

bump for college students. PLEASE HAVE IT AFTER APRIL! I can't afford to miss finals and other final projects in april.

I will NOT miss finals to march. That would be throwing away $7000 for that semester. Considering I make $5000 a year, that would be a terrible investment. Please keep the college students in mind.

Ah, of course they'd WANT to be there, but if we are seriously wanting MAXIMUM attendance, then we can not do it when kids are in school.

I vote Mem. weekend.

^exactly...there's no way I could miss my finals..this is my last semester...I love Ron Paul to death but I couldn't do that to myself

It's not that college students aren't being kept in mind... it's that you have to consider when you can get most people out, without pushing the date too far out.

Most college students don't have finals in April. They have finals in May. If you push it out to May you'll lose even more participation.

If we push it out till June or July, it won't be soon enough to have any impact.

Besides, DC is beautiful in April. The cherry trees are blossoming ;)

I think its important to make this more than just a Ron Paul march or a liberty march. If it includes something about being anti war it will draw a much larger crowd.

I know for a fact that every college in Michigan is late April/VERY EARLY May. Ron Paul said 3-4 months, that'd be May or June.

i vote memoral day weekend we cant over look the collage kids we need larg numbers and thay havem listen to the good doctor

I've changed my mind. Although April 19th would be really cool, memorial day is also really sweet and we don't want to screw over college students.

Thanks for understanding. Not to mention Ron Paul said 3-4 months. Haste makes waste. Let's make sure we do this right! You don't get a whole lot of changes to march to Washington!

I love Mem. idea, but is it better to do it on a non-holiday? Easier to get permits, less confusion, easier/cheaper to get flights.
