Here's what we know about Trump's court dates so far
Many believe these legal proceedings are an intentional form of election interference.

Darian Douraghy (30 August 2023)

It goes without saying that former President Trump's schedule is a packed one as the 2024 presidential election draws near.

Trump turned himself into Georgia's Fulton County Jail on Aug. 24, the day before his deadline of Aug. 25. It was there where his instantly iconic mugshot was captured and promptly went viral around the world [see this thread - OB].

Unfortunately for Trump, he is nowhere near the end of these legal battles. In a little over a month, the former president, alongside sons Eric and Don Jr. is set to appear in court on Oct. 2 in a case brought forth by New York Attorney General Letitia James, an officeholder who is so far-left that she has threatened legal penalties against schools that refuse to enroll illegal immigrants. James claims the family created false valuations of assets and is seeking a $250 million judgment.

E Jean Carroll’s defamation case against Trump [see this thread - OB] is set to commence in New York on Jan. 15, 2024. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who put Trump up on felony charges in April, notably received a greenlight to use Trump's sworn testimony from the former president's lawsuit with Carroll in his own, entirely separate trial. Carroll claims that Trump defamed her in his comments made after a jury ruled that Trump was liable for battery but not for rape, ordering him to pay $5 million. The trial is set to begin the same day as the Iowa caucus.

Trump will appear in court in Washington DC on March 4, 2024, for a trial on the federal election case brought forth by special counsel Jack Smith [see this thread - OB]. Trump will appear before DC Judge Chutkan, who argued during a recent hearing that the former president's defense should have started preparing evidence before the Department of Justice had announced criminal charges against him. Trump has been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States among other counts in the case.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has proposed for a separate case regarding the 2020 election, with charges this time being brought forth in Georgia [see this thread - OB], to kick off on March 4, 2024, only a week before Georgia's presidential primary and the same day that Smith's federal case is set to commence. It is also just one day before the famous Super Tuesday, which comprises primaries for 14 states, including the large states of California and Texas.

Near the end of that month, Trump's trial in Manhattan on felony charges of falsifying business records in relation to alleged payments made to his lawyer, Michael Cohen, that then went to porn star Stormy Daniels [see this thread - OB] is set to begin on March 25, 2024.

Around two months later, Trump is scheduled to have a trial commence for his alleged retention of classified documents case [see this thread - OB] in Miami on May 20, 2024, less than six months before the 2024 presidential election.

Oh my such drama! It's like a reality tv show! But so real! Maybe we should tune in next week for the next episode of As The Trump Turns?

So you think Trump is "in on it" and "on their side"?

If Trump is imprisoned, or worse assassinated, is that part of the scripted TV show? You think they will get Trump to go along with it? Or do you think those things will never happen?

This ↑↑↑, but unironically.

Remember the episode of MASH where Hawkeye drops his pants and sings, "You're the Tops"?

If either of those happens and there's no Epstein Doubt where he could be alive and free and squirreled away, I will do that for you and your friends.

bump for update

The trial date for indictment #2 (classified documents @ Mar-a-lago) has been postponed indefinitely due to DOJ shenanigans.

Judge Halts Trump’s Classified Docs Trial After DOJ Admits To Evidence Tampering
BY: BRIANNA LYMAN - MAY 08, 2024

U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon postponed Special Counsel Jack Smith’s classified document lawfare case against former President Donald Trump indefinitely, days after the Department of Justice admitted it tampered with evidence.

Cannon issued an order Tuesday that announced the schedule for the “second set of pre-trial deadlines” to address evidentiary issues and arguments from the Trump team for dismissing the case. Missing from the schedule, however, was a new date for the trial, which was previously set to begin May 20.

“The Court also determines that finalization of a trial date at this juncture — before resolution of the myriad and interconnected pre-trial and CIPA [Classified Information Procedures Act] issues remaining and forthcoming — would be imprudent and inconsistent with the Court’s duty to fully and fairly consider the various pending pre-trial motions before the Court, critical CIPA issues, and additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury,” Cannon wrote in the order.

Cannon’s order comes days after Smith admitted that federal prosecutors tampered with evidence in his case against Trump, which argues the former president mishandled classified documents. As independent journalist Julie Kelly pointed out on X, prosecutors admitted in a court filing Friday that some of the documents seized during the FBI’s unprecedented raid on Mar-a-Lago are not in the same order in which they were found. Others may have been mislabeled or possibly misplaced entirely, as my colleague Tristan Justice noted.

Appeal granted. Updated OP.

The Georgia Court of Appeals had until May 16th to grant or deny the review-certified appeal. [...] On May 8th, they decided to grant the appeal. Now that they've granted it, the appeal will be heard in the August 2024 term, which begins August 5th and ends November 18th. Their decision must be made on or before March 14th of 2025. This means it is quite unlikely that the trial will continue (with or without a disqualification of Willis) - let alone arrive at a verdict - before the U.S. general election (November 5th). [...]

Donald Trump’s effort to oust Fani Willis from case | What happens next?
Georgia Court of Appeals will rule on Trump’s request to remove Fulton DA from historic indictment.

{Tim Darnell | 08 May 2024}

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Now that the Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed to hear an appeal from former President Donald Trump over Fulton County DA Fani Willis’ continuing participation in his historic indictment, what happens next?

The Georgia Court of Appeals’ docket for case number A24I0160, also known as DONALD JOHN TRUMP ET AL V. THE STATE, said the appeal will be heard during the court’s August 2024 term. Per the court’s website, all cases docketed to this term must be decided by March 14, 2025.

The August term ends on Nov. 18, 2024. The court’s argument calendar for August, September and October does not yet list a date for Trump’s appeal.
“President Trump looks forward to presenting interlocutory arguments to the Georgia Court of Appeals as to why the case should be dismissed and Fulton County DA Willis should be disqualified for her misconduct in this unjustified, unwarranted political persecution,” Steve Sadow, one of the former president’s lead Georgia attorneys, said immediately after the court’s announcement on May 8, 2024.
