Recap of the GOP's dirty trick on Ron Paul

This is not some anomaly of democracy that can be remedied and righted, don't disillusion yourself. This is the true process and nature of political democracy. Incurable and inherently corrupted from top to bottom. You are trying to win a rigged game by following the rules of those who make them up as they need them -just like a 5 yr old child does. And like the 5 year old child, they quickly come to the correct solution: stop playing the rigged game.

Can we out game the game changers? very rarly.

Massachusetts: Paul won 16 of the 27 delegates selected so far in Romney’s home state. In addition, he swept all 6 from Romney’s home county. As a result (for the first time ever in the state), delegates were asked to sign an affidavit stating ” I certify under the pain and penalty of perjury, that on the first ballot at the 2012 Republican National Convention, I will affirmatively Vote for Mitt Romney, the winner of the 2012 Massachusetts Presidential Primary.” The state GOP then covered up Romney’s embarrassing loss by invalidating ballots and ousting the Paul delegates.

This was basically what really happened here. It had far more to it, and many of the delegates here were not the usual suspects. I know that my own network (what you people call my libtard faction) was very effective during this push. My voting district was an absolute Paulslide.

I know our delegate refused to sign the affidavit. Others did not know about it. And this was the reason they were tossed, or as would later become a tragic rallying cry... the 'Just Cause" clause.

The Massachusetts primary was stolen, absolutely. I'm not sure about the other states but I saw it firsthand... I had promised an alliance with Wyatt, and we delivered. I'm very sorry that this happened the way it did and it has made me even more bitter.

If I see Romney supporters on this forum, I will go down in flames, and you can ban my ass permanently. I thought local work was where it mattered most... and I was wrong.

And forever and ever, to hell with the GOP. To hell with them all.

Could someone go through the OP and strike everything that is inaccurate and replace it with an explanation or text of what is correct?

thanks,

The media coverage was a total farce. The media avoided Ron Paul and Mitt Romney like the plague.

The total abandonment of the straw poll results ahead of well ahead of Iowa was painfully obvious.
