I have stated facts in Post No. 18 Instead of responding to what I post to you, you wander into irrelevant subject matter having nothing to do with what I have posted to you.

Just because YOU say it's irrelevant doesn't mean it is. You've not been addressing the obvious holes in your theory the entire thread. You can't overturn Obergefell without overturning a lot of other cases. All of the other sex discrimination cases would have to go away and franklly Loving v Virginia isn't on solid ground either because 1) race isn't mentioned in the 14th amendment, 2) it's mention in the 15th amendment is exactly the same as the mention of sex in the 19th amendment and 3) it's obvious overturning anti miscegenation laws was not the intent of the 14th amendment.
