Yeah yeah...you made your point, but being passive in a debate is more an example of his civility. It says nothing about how he would act as the executive. Everyone here who has paid one iota of attention to him can tell you he would not hesitate to be decisive in an Executive emergency. He's a Doctor for Heaven's sake. They make life and death decisions daily.
