Reagan Library Republican Presidential Debate: January 30, 2008 Official Thread

HOLY SHIT

this is very sad, but in the grand scheme of things, how important is it really?

perhaps Ron Paul is taking it to make it CLEAR how biased the media really is against him?

Nah, he's folding. He's given up. Maybe he and Nader can console each other in a 3rd party.

It's called respect for the rules of the debate.

THERE AREN'T ANY RULES TONIGHT!

Plus if this is a revolution - then you need to FIGHT not sit there and let them walk all over you!

I am So Pissed at the media and RON PAUL!

this thing is making me physically ill, along with my roomates who are watching with me, one of whom isn't even a paul supporter.

Tonight is the night...Ron needs to show the GOP that he is the parties candidate. I support Ron 100% but I'd be damned..and people like a fighter..we need an underdog.

Mitt and McCain is all- blah blah blah yadda yadda yadda talking is circles that mean nothing

The only people that say anything of value are Ron Paul and Huckabee

Ron Paul was lied to he needs to say so and interject, Cooper lied they went to break his promise was a lie.

Damm he was caught off again did you see the look on his face, a look of utter disgust.

If he let's him walk all over him for the rest of this debate, my support for him will be cut in half...

I can't believe in someone who doesn't believe enough in himself to fight.

This attacking Ron Paul in this thread is BS. No he should not be rude. Do not blame him for the way Anderson Cooper is treating him. Let's keep the animosity directed where it belongs-- at the people running this debate.

Does he understand that this is the last chance to make an impression before Super Tuesday ?

I cannot believe he is being so passive ! Cooper keeps cutting him off and moving on to the next candidate. He MUST put his foot down and demand equal treatment !!!

Anyone here who is truly for Ron Paul wouldn't be talking about giving up.

Who else ya gonna vote for, huh? It's Ron Paul or nobody.

These debates are presented by a private company that sets all the rules, CNN. We, as the free market, can decide whether CNN will have the ability to continue this garbage. Boycotts are a powerful tool.

Paul do something! This is what I hate about libertarians: they never tell others what to do.

If Ron doesn't become more assertive and turn his performance around, then he no longer deserves my support!

What are we going to do? It's not money. We need to revolt. Let's go to local news stations tomorrow, all of us everyone and start chanting Ron Paul. Let's stay there, never leave.
