Rand Paul: ‘Nothing’ That Donald Trump Supports Is ‘What the Tea Party Was About’

Well, you cared enough to respond to my comment. If you don't care, then you should've just ignored my comment.
Because he who bitches about so many Trump comments is causing MORE.

I've donated money in all of the money bombs. I plan on making phone calls to voters in Iowa when it gets closer to the Iowa caucuses. I guess I'm not exactly sure what you think I'm supposed to do.

Instead of being worried about who a Rand supporter prefers as 2nd choice, perhaps you should be working to make sure Rand comes in 1st. He has a phone from home program going on right now. No need to wait. Sign up on the campaign website. Get busy!!

But do you think your recent behavior on this board, a board set up for grassroots support of Rand, is something that would make Rand Paul proud? I think he's giving you the answer to that in the quote that the OP used for a topic title.

Maybe you should actually read her posts rather than going by the spamming clowns that are falsely attacking supporters and trying to disrupt the forums. She is actually closer to Rand's beliefs than any of the loud mouths here that are constantly misrepresenting Rand's policies.

There is a reason why forums like this die out and that is usually the way it is done.

Says one of the people who do nothing here but defend Trump and promote his candidacy.

^Typical example. The same crap these spammers pull with other members and new members believe it. Not true at all.

Anyone who cares, but does not know how to double check, may click on the user name (above their avatar) in any post and get several options. Among them is the ability to read hundreds of that user's most recent posts.

So, nobody has to take anyone's word for anything. Feel free to go check.

Yes, go check.

He knows most people will not and will take his word for it because he is here all the time with his 39k+ posts and high reputation bar. The reality is he is here to disrupt the forums by constantly attacking supporters for the purpose of driving them out of the forum. He is also doing so using multiple accounts.

No doubt he had time to reach that quantity of posts paid being paid by some organization to do so. Considering he is on a constant campaign to attack supporters closet to Rand's policies I am going speculate probably one of Soro's social media organizations.

Yes, I think Rand would approve. Absolutely.

I was one of his top callers when he ran for the Senate. Was even asked to bring in a few here who I trusted. Phones were mailed to us by the campaign.

I have not called yet this campaign season. Had some real life things to take care of. However, I had decided it was time and had just stopped by here to get back in the swing of things first. That was unfortunately when I was horrified to see the self-appointed RPF lynch mob running around here breaking every forum guideline there is, straight out insulting individual posters and trying to drive them off of here. I couldn't believe who was participating in it. To be honest, I was shocked. Now, at this point, I've pretty much lost interest in doing anything.

So, there's the truth. Let's see if you can handle it.

Since I have been back, I have only seen two people doing that; one of them has been temp-banned. The reality is that the vast majority of posts about Trump are being done by people who claim to wish there were no Trump posts. Honestly, this type of behavior that you are participating in yourself, along with a few others like Acptulsa, is the very same that someone who was here to disrupt all constructive work for Rand, would do. Although, with tulsa, I still want to believe that he became so frustrated that he lost all the sense that he once had, or that I thought he had, anyway.

How Rand differs from Donald Trump on immigration:

  • [*=left]Status quo is untenable; we must do some sort of reform. (Jun 2014)
[*=left]Move beyond amnesty, but eventually to path to citizenship. (Jun 2014)
[*=left]Illegals are not bad people, but we have to control border. (Apr 2014)
[*=left]Legal status, but not citizenship, for illegal immigrants. (Mar 2013)
[*=left]We will find a place for illegal immigrants in America. (Mar 2013)
[*=left]Replace de facto amnesty with bipartisan reform. (Mar 2013)
[*=left]See immigrants as assets, not liabilities. (Feb 2013)
[*=left]Obamacare treats illegal aliens because it's illegal to ask. (Oct 2010)
[*=left]No amnesty; respect the law. (Jul 2010)

Keep in mind....Trump wants to get rid of all of them in 2 years. Doesn't sound like Rand agrees with that at all. Rand sounds a lot more tolerant. (Of course.)

"llegals are not bad people". No one running for office is saying that illegals are bad people as a whole and that includes Trump. His issue is specifically with criminal illegals. This thing with Progressives trying to spin Trump as some kind of racist by the PC crowd is ridiculous and no one is buying it. It only makes those saying it look weak on immigration to use such a tactic. It drives the anti-PC crowd, those fed up with being lied to by the media and racists to his campaign.

The difference between the two is Trump is for deportation while Rand is not. Rand wants to give all illegals work visas once the border is secure as decided by Congress.

Trump proposes to enforce the requirement to hire American workers first and only if none are found for the position allowing acceptance of H-1B candidates. Trump additionally proposes to end the low wage H-1B incentive by increasing the prevailing wage for H-1B.

Rand on the other hand wants to remove all visa limitations allowing unlimited H-1B immigration after the border issue is addressed. Additionally Rand wants to add a "Special Economic Freedom Zone Visa" that would be similar to an H-1B visa requiring a specialty degree that is in demand within the zone.

It is unclear where Rand will ultimately end up on illegal immigration. Your list above shows "no amnesty" but his recent interview with a leading NH newspaper mentions that he is thinking about using the incoming immigration limit as the number for which we would integrate illegals that are already here phased in over 10 years.

Sigh, this is just so incredibly frustrating! How do you even know where Trump actually stands on the immigration issue when he's been on both sides of that issue??? This guy is a con artist! He's the Mitt Romney of this year's election!
