Does Rand Paul have a single Republican Senate ally in completely letting Section 215 of the Patriot Act expiring? I don't believe he does. Of Democrats, maybe Wyden as the only Senate supporter? Nearly every other speaker today was for the USA Freedom Act.

Rand wants to let section 215 expire, Lee said he supports keeping it with some added restrictions.

I thought that Rand Paul and Wyden came up with together with the amendments they'd put on the USA Freedom Act. Rand went through a list of 5 or 6 amendments to the USA Freedom Act that may persuade him to support it?

Yes, Rand said he would vote for it if there were certain amendments added. His preference is to let it expire, but acknowledged he probably won't be able to get the votes.
