Attorney Lin Wood, who has helped President Donald Trump's legal team file lawsuits challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election, posted on Parler Wednesday that he had no faith in Vice President Mike Pence.

As part of his duties as president of the Senate, Pence is expected to preside over the Congressional certification of electoral votes in January. President-elect Joe Biden won the Electoral College in the November election and is widely expected to be confirmed as the next president.

Trump has encouraged GOP lawmakers to contest the electoral vote in order to overturn the election results. Some Republicans have pressured Pence to reject electoral votes from states where voting fraud allegedly took place. Wood expressed his distrust in Pence in a message that Twitter feed Parlertakes reposted with the caption, "Lin Wood continuing his attack on everyone in the world."

That was supposed to be pre-requisite for him to get blessings for his 2024 run and get MAGA to cool down. So looks like MAGA is turning on the screws and it's having an impact. But official reason being given is "travel restrictions due to covid" :

It would make better sense for Pence to run in 2028 or 2032. By that time the Trump supporters will have moved on with their lives and won't bother harassing him because he betrayed Trump.

Something is going on, pro-Trump lawyer Wood has also launched major attacks against Trump White House Chief of Staff Meadows, close ally of CUFI/AIPAC lobbies Rep. Dan Crenshaw and others.

It would make better sense for Pence to run in 2028 or 2032. By that time the Trump supporters will have moved on with their lives and won't bother harassing him because he betrayed Trump.

Not bad advice but Pence seems ambitious and ready to collect for his services for MAGA over last 4 years.

Pence looks like the 2024 front runner to me right now if Trump does not run unless Harris is Pres then because she'd be front runner . None of my opinion on that has anything to do with Trump , Trumps lawyer or any disloyalty by Pence to his party but basing that on the performance I expect from biden - harris - pelosi - schumer .

Pence seems to be getting heat from everyside, unexpetedly from many Republicans and expectdly from media wing. Looking at the mideast visit with our closest allies he was just forced to cancel/postpone, seems like he's ready to chart his own course without Trump. He probably feels he's not getting respect he's owed from Trump camp.
