the Blaze ran with this story. The first comment was by a guy saying no one anti Israel should be in our govt and that Howard should be fired. I pointed out that the guy speaking was a 'progressive alliance' guy, that Ron Paul wasn't 'anti Israel' and that I was sure Howard had nothing in his past suggesting he was, either, but that 'anti-progressive alliance' might be a different issue. And that maybe the Dems just couldn't stand that he was black and conservative.

I think this is a warning shot.

I seriously believe that Romney and the GOP are considering the Ron Paul phenomenon and are thinking about ways they can capitalize upon it for the next election cycle and into the future. Whether that means appointments in a new administration or some other capitulations, I don't know.

But this seems like a shot across the bow intended to say, "If you GOPers try to go all libertarian on us, we will paint you as anti-Israel and will flush you down the toilet." You'll also recall that the DNC tried a strategy a few weeks ago of saying Romney was pursuing radical libertarian ideas. Still, another shot across the bow intended to influence the GOP establishment decision-making and keep them in line.

Wow. I counted the word 'isolationist' at least three times in that short article. So lemme get this straight. Talking with our enemies and trying to avoid unnecessary bloodshed is 'isolationist' but blindly supporting a nation that has done nothing to warrant a friendship at all, let alone BFF status, with the United States while simultaneously calling for sanctions that prevent any talks from happening is somehow 'free and open' foreign policy. Sounds like the logic of a bully to me...I give you options (steal your money or steal your bike) and if you don't like them you're an ungrateful bastard that needs to be 'set straight'. See, even though I'm forcing myself upon you with a false dichotomy, you're still the bad guy because you didn't like my options. Looks like I'll be taking your money AND your bike.

What I think needs to happen is an army of Christians (the athiests and agnostics can sit this one out) spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ in Isreal. Jews need the gospel as much as crackheads in California, we already have a group of Judaeo Christians and growing in Isreal, this is the best way forward as opposed to bombing her enemies.

In other words, "You are for us to the death/ruin/whatever or against us", there is no "impartial" option given.
 
Also poeple must be aware of this whole sudden media interest in Nebraska story, they want to show to the whole world that Ron Paul has officially lost and they will make sure he fails infront of the cameras. WE MUST MAKE SURE THIS PLAN BLOWS UP IN THEIR FACES.

we must make sure they know about Nevada etc. We need as many as possible because they are faking everywhere that we don't have the states, and as I count them we do -- but we also have challenges.
 
Why should we care what pro-Israel voices say about this? Of course they don't like this decision. Too bad

First thing I thought when Maddow went on her recent media RP crusade, which is of course is, to divide and weaken the conservatives/party/oppossesion and keep the mundanes/serfs busy squabbling over crumbs in the socialist world. But then, it's like Maddow's direct message may be, "I am alerting the country and all those in power beneath the almighty powerful Money Masters, don't let this Ron Paul guy win a chance at controlling the nation. We have discovered a weakness and it's Nebraska. You better make sure he doesn't make it to 1st base."
 
These people actively seek dissent in any and every political corner to snuff it out and are more than willing to lie about people as long as it accomplishes their goal. How do people call themselves American patriots when their allegiance is to another flag?

No. I don't get any logical reason we subvert our own interests to foreign ones, though, unless you don't believe in sovereignty, and I do.
