PPP with a Florida poll out tonight between 6-7

There is a momentum building... :(. Hopefully Gingrich's plan to destroy Romney works.

Wow, third definitely looking good since Frothy is coming back to earth; a second is possible depending on Newt's collapse.

10% is close to 200k Ron Paul supporters.

Are you calculating based on how many people actually vote in the primaries\caucuses?

In 2008, only 20 million people (out of over 300 million Americans) voted in the GOP primaries\caucuses. BTW-I'm sure there are lots of Paul supporters in the non voting group just as there are for every other candidate.

Good job by a pure grassroots campaign down there. They've just about doubled his support in the last month, and not quite tripled 2008's numbers.

Head to Head Florida:

Romney 59
Santorum 29

Romney 50
Gingrich 38

It's all the old people.

:[

Seriously.

I think it is lack of young people getting involved to be perfectly honest. The same old people showed up in Iowa and N.H. and will show up in the rest of the states as well.

You have to ask yourself, why a campaign fueled by college kids can't seem to rally schools like USF, FSU, Miami, UF etc etc.. And for those kids at those schools, I have to ask them, what is the problem?

nearly 2 million Floridians voted in the Republican Primary in 2008.

Ok, well the campaign can go ahead and skip Fla. I think Ron should go down for a few rallies at universities though!

I am a student at FSU. I haven't seen anything RP related except sidewalk chalk. Campaign for Liberty is around. I don't have any friends here and I'm too socially awkward to go out and do it by myself. I might do something with my friends in my hometown Gainesville if they are all about that.

Most of the old people down here are different. Do you get that vibe? They remind me a lot of Gingrich. Generally rude and pissed off. That's just my experience.

Coming up on tripling 2008s numbers... 3rd place probable finish now. 2nd place possible... I'll take 2nd place w/ proportional delegates. Not a bad deal for no money/grassroots only FL :D

Only 13% with young voters seems strange to me...

If we take 3rd in FL and move on, that will be good enough. After that we really need top 2 each time thereafter.

Mitt 76 vs. Ron 17

I still don't see how a 2 man race is beneficial to us. We need the field split in order to bring down Romney. Yet still not a single negative ad against Romney. I just don't get it.

How is it that Gingrich gains 37pts in two months and then give back 21? Romney is at 30, drops and then back to 41? Perry drops 20pts?

WTF is wrong with these voters? It's like they run to one side of the boat, it starts tipping over, so they run to the other side, and back again...

Unreal
