The last Rasmussen poll of the race had Paul up 12 too.

To be honest, I thought it would be a larger margin. Doesn't matter though, Rand Paul is coming to the Senate!

Bunning won this seat by less than 1% in 2004. I would say this qualifies as a Randslide. 12% victory is nothing to sneeze at.

I'm really glad that Rand won, but I really that he had a lot of momentum and would win by more than 12. I guess I was just too optimistic. Hopefully people in Kentucky will love Rand after he becomes Senator.
