I voted Protestant, however many months ago when I voted, but in hindsight "Christian (Other)" is probably more accurate. I don't belong to any church, and have never actually been to one outside of marriages or funerals. I was a self described agnostic during my early teen years, but eventually realized that I did believe there was a God, and that the central tenants of Christianity (love thy neighbor, do unto others) made a lot of sense to me.

Even an agnostic nihilist worships something or someone, most likely himself. This is because he assumes the world from his own non-moralistic perspective, and therefore, he interacts with it as he deems fitting or necessary, while claiming that life has no purpose or meaning.

Thinking about it, I suppose I do worship myself, as I'm always seeking perfection. But, what can I base perfection on except my own personal belief?

Now I'm interested in why I consider myself imperfect... Responding based on emotions instead of what I consider to be unbiased logic (reason?), I suppose... I aspire to become a logic slave then, right? I suppose I worship logic and aspire to become a slave to logic, as logic is perfection, IMO.

But then do I consider myself God, or logic? I base logic on my own perception of it... If I'm imperfect due to emotional bias, can I really determine what logic is? Lol... I suppose I can with logic, if I can correctly determine what logic is... Am I going in circles?

That fits generally under Protestant. Protestant Christianity is Western Christianity that does not submit to Papal authority, the "other" here would be Eastern Christianity in its various forms.

Quite a conundrum. Ask yourself this: What is the most important thing(s) to you? Something that you tirelessly seek to either please or obtain. That is your God(s).

I suppose I answered incorrectly then.... I'm a polytheist, worshiping reason, myself, and happiness (yes, the argument could be made that the list could be consolidated to only show "myself"). How delightfully self-centered!

Well, most people are polytheists if you were to look at it this way, it is just that some people have one God as a supernatural being revealed to them through their faith. However, they also have other Gods in the world itself, unless if they are monks or Catholic priests. They just do not put them before the one true God. For most males, there is some girl who you will seek to please, and there is probably some subject you are fascinated with, it is just these things become more important, and top all else when you have no supernatural God.
